I like the hotel design, very spacious and family-oriented environment. The staff are friendly and helpful with our early check-in request. The room is clear and the spa room is huge. The breakfast is a ritual and the food at the restaurants are delicious. I spent 2.5 hour enjoying the morning breakfast. I will come back again.

Love the breakfast buffet and the service at the lounge. Staff were friendly. Walking distance to a huge mall. Love the cookies sold at the cafe. Huge swimming area for family fun and there’s spa facilities too.

The OG luxury hotel in Surabaya. All the rooms are already renovated, making the hotel once again one of the best, if not, the best luxury hotel in Surabaya.

It's a great hotel for the city, but a bit old style, especially compare to all those new hotels in city centre.
But the location is great, not far from the highway.

Good property but old one. More to retro kind. Breakfast seems lower than expected. Crew were friendly n helpful. Good stay overall.
