我也不知道他們的服務員是不是大爺，態度***硬，還沒遇到過這種服務員，酒店洗澡拖鞋穿着太硌腳了，讓服務員送，被告知一雙3塊，我還沒見過哪個酒店這麼收費呢，真噁心，一直強調，酒店這是標配，標不標配我不知道？你説你不給就不給，還不讓我説話？截斷我的話？我也不明白你這種人是怎麼當上服務員的，酒店為什麼會給你招進去，更生氣的是從晚上到第二天早上一句抱歉的話都沒有，退房當面跟前台説，人家就不理你，就扣手機，牛B

設施：設施有點舊了，開業時間長了，需要提高了
衞生：衞生還算合格，保潔在打掃也是因為酒店年頭太長需要更新

早餐一般，房間老舊，整體一般，真的像七八十的路邊攤賓館。馬桶一次性坐墊都沒有，還是收費的。對比附近的其他酒店，差了很多。

紫東苑真是破罐子破摔了，毛巾灰不拉幾，枕頭髮黃，床單潮濕，竟然還有頭髮，充電器兩個插座都插不進去，吹風機完全感受不到風的存在。紫東苑再吃幾年老本估計很難了，現在大家都很注重服務和入住體驗的
