不管是辦理入住還是打掃衞生，都非常流暢，感覺很舒服，服務態度更是超級好。房間非常乾淨，裝修風格很好，整體服務人員的素質也很高，環境也挺好的，採光很好，衞生也搞的很乾凈，前台服務也很好，前台免費提供茶飲，超出預期，早餐每天都很豐盛，停車很安全，我們住的高樓層，還可以看到有名的卧佛，特別贊

體驗感不好，這次去考試，入住之後準備洗澡，地上踩到了類似玻璃渣一樣的東西，給前台打電話，上來處理，我也解釋了並沒有傷到自己，衹是衞生做的很差，他們就説是糖果碎屑，態度很輕視，也沒有表示歉意，好像衹有受傷了才能體現出問題來，這麼大的酒店，就這種服務嗎？

酒店🏨位置極佳 距離海山公園近 房間乾淨整潔 智能語音+小馬桶🚽超讚 洗澡間水壓充沛。安全防範意識強，居然有救援窗。時間關係衹能入住一晚，遺憾。下次有機會 再來。

春節帶家人去拜年，入住最新的維也納酒店5.0，離海山公園很近，不得不説比之前入住的維也納酒店高檔太多了，全新的裝修風格讓人眼前一亮，價格也不貴，智能控制窗簾，床頭有4個usb2.1A快充口，房間隔音效果也不錯。下次來鹿泉還會入住。就是管理稍微差些要個一次性拖鞋説是機器人來送，一直也沒送來。
