The hotel is in a good location. It is convenient to go anywhere. There is a parking lot in front of the hotel, which is more convenient. The hotel service attitude is very good. I gave it a five-star rating. First of all, the geographical location and hygiene are excellent. The sanitary facilities and equipment in the room are good. I am also very satisfied with the service. The housekeeping supervisor paid a special visit to solve some problems. There is one comment I want to mention. The extra-large bed in the business arrangement that I ordered last time is so good. The room I booked for the business class arrangement this time was different from the last time. I came here just for the big bed. After asking, I was told that the room type was upgraded last time. The extra large bed required extra money. The last upgrade did not explain the upgrade. I don’t understand the difference a bit, I hope more management training will be strengthened, otherwise I’m very satisfied!

I have stayed at Hebei International Building twice this year. The four-star hotel and five-star experience are well-deserved. On October 27th, due to my own negligence, I booked the wrong check-in time on the platform. Fortunately, the two ladies at the front desk were patient and helpful and professional, allowing us to check in smoothly. From front parking, elevator management, free drinks in the corridor to room bedding, bathroom towel hooks and toiletries, every detail of the hotel is convenient and comfortable. The richness of the breakfast is particularly satisfying. Located in the business center, the hotel has a good location and convenient transportation. Opposite is Hebo, four large restaurants and cafes, laundry, parking lot downstairs, and the front door guidance and services are in order. I highly recommend the fresh food shop run by the building. You must buy bread, sandwiches and deli every time you stay at the hotel. Many thanks to Jin Li, the floor manager on the 11th floor, for being warm and considerate and solving the guests' needs in a timely manner. In short, it is our only choice to stay in Hebei International Building when visiting Shijiazhuang.
