I am super happy with this hotel. We arrived in Shenzhen quite early before the check-in time. At first, we planned to keep our luggage only but we were lucky that they allowed us to check-in. Their staff is very helpful thanks to Benson who showed us the way to Hong Kong. It's very near to the Hong Kong check point so you can walk to the check point and explore HK by using MTR Lo Wu. Next day we keep the luggage here before we going to the airport. The hotel is a bit old but we love it.

I had an incredible stay at the Grand Hyatt Shenzhen for my business trip. The executive suites exceeded my expectations, and I was amazed by the exceptional hospitality provided by Jeffrey, the manager, and his team. We had three rooms booked for our group, and we're eagerly anticipating our next visit. It's challenging to find a hotel that fulfills all of our expectations, but the Grand Hyatt Shenzhen certainly did.

The hotel is so spacious and comfortable, the bathtub is so big The kids had a great time. Pleasantly surprised with the high quality finish of the room. Even the towels and bedding are all new and laundry clean. Staff are helpful. They also provide cold and hot drinks at the lobby as refreshments. Room TV program however only offer the various China TV station programs interrupted by unending advertisement. Should offer more foreign language programs as China is opening up. Location is excellent as it is near to the train station, subway and bus terminal. The immigration point to Hong Kong is within walking distance and there are many massage outlets and shopping is a breeze there. Highly recommended

I was a little uncomfortable and hurriedly found this hotel close to Luohu Customs and cheap. I thought that if I didn’t rest well, I would change it. I didn’t expect it to let me pick up the treasure. The room is very large. For this price, it is very good value. What surprised me even more was that there was a small balcony, lying on the bed, opening the balcony door, the sun was shining, the breeze was slowly, and I really felt at home. The little sister at the front desk was as kind as family. I had medicine to be stored in the refrigerator. When I told her, she said: ”Bring it downstairs and give it to me.” 😀😀 Happy. There are fast food snacks and fruit shops within 100 meters downstairs. Metro Line 1 and Line 9 are about 5 minutes walk. Dongmen Pedestrian Street, Vientiane City, Shenzhen Book City, and Diwang Building are no more than 5 minutes drive away. I really recommend friends to live, the price is very high!

So so. The location is fine - plenty of food and near to MTR. What I don't like: 1. Upon check in, they couldn't find my booking. Took them a while. 2. First gave a room where water from bathroom flooded the carpet outside. 3. They have another room thereafter, but there was a mosquito(s) in the room which kept attacking me. 4. Bathroom layout - shower screen door didn't close properly and so it was always wet despite exhaust fan. 5. They don't change the bedsheets everyday. 6. Weekends no buffet breakfast (seems to be more a business hotel so buffet only on weekdays).But service staff is good. I don't think I will book this hotel again.

The room is very spacious and furniture inside are all new. Location of the service apartment is good, just opposite 老街 subway. The entrance of the service apartment is at the back of Bank of China. Staff are friendly and helpful. First take the lift from lobby to 28th floor, then change another lift to 30th floor (the service apartment's front desk) to check in. As this is newly built building, it is quiet at night as it's not fully occupied. There are some renovations going on in different floors and units. Not all rooms come with washing machine cum dryer, need to request from staff at front desk.

Crossing Luohu Port from Hong Kong, it is very close to the port. It is about a 10-minute walk. I booked two beds for 1.35. Maybe I saw the children I brought with me. The guy at the front desk arranged for me a bed of 1.8 and a bed of 1.35. Yes, very attentive. As long as it is convenient and clean when taking the children out, the price is reasonable as the Chinese New Year is approaching. It is next to Shenzhen Station. It was a bit noisy when I didn't wake up in the morning. The room is next to the railway. It's okay at night. The surrounding area Eating is very convenient. There is a shoe rack dressing table, the free wireless speed is super fast, and I play games with a delay of about 15. There are hangers in the closet, and the washing machine is available. After washing, dry it on the small balcony. Use the clothes rail to put it on. The bed is quite big for two people. I will stay here next time,
