Very good experience. My girls and I had a really good time. They let us have late check out until 3 pm so my girls can swim at the indoor swimming pool. Service at the lounge is good too. Annie Xu’s service is outstanding. We will stay again for sure!

Very good and very helpful staff. Location was very convenient to many eateries, shopping and places to stroll and relax. Facilities in the hotel was very good too. Allowed late check out till 2 pm. Breakfast choice was excellent too. Will surely come back. Although I did mention it was for my anniversary celebration, sadly nothing special was done 😞. Otherwise it was great

Love this hotel! 5-star service the moment we arrived, was served a welcome drink. The hotel staff greets us everytime we pass by the lobby, very warm and friendly service. Room is huge and luxurious. Soap is from Diptyque which makes you feel so pampered. Even on our last day, doorman Kevin Zhu helped us check our ferry timings and assisted with loading our luggage’s into the car. That was really nice of him! Highly recommend this lovely hotel and would love to be back someday!

Without map guidance, it was tricky to find after getting out of the metro. But as soon as you find the hotel and locate where you are from both metro lines, it was super easy, covinient and very prime central location. I totally recommend. Check in was easy, staff were efficient and quick. Was given room 8537 as requested to be placed in a quiet area and they accepted my request. Thought my room was in level 8 but it was in fact in level 5 floor and that's as high you are going to be. I really liked my room with the bathtub and it was spacious. Requested daily house keeping. The lounge was beautifully designed, great for taking pictures and the restaurant was really good too. Nice choices of breakfast, snack during the afternoon and evening snacks also very good at the start of the hours, if you go after 8/9pm there is not much left and they don't top it up. Overall, will stay in this very convenient hotel.

The hotel rooms are located on the 5th and 6th floors of the building, and the breakfast restaurant is on the 22nd floor. Security is very strict, with security guards and gate guards at the front and back, so takeout can only be delivered to the front desk of the hotel or the takeout cabinet at the back of the building. The facilities in the room are a bit dated, but they are still clean and tidy. The location advantage is obvious. At the door of the building is Futian Metro Exit 3b, which leads to Futian High-speed Railway Station. It only takes 5 minutes to walk. The breakfast can't be said to be rich in variety. It's similar to a normal workplace canteen. It's more Chinese-style. It's clean and you can take care of yourself. A good kid is not picky about food!

All rooms in the hotel are on the same floor on the third floor, some with windows and some without windows. The room I stayed in this time had a window, but it was smaller than expected. Even if the air conditioner was set to 17 degrees, it was still not cold enough. Breakfast includes eggs, sausages, steamed buns, and noodles, not too many varieties.

The temperature outside is 28 degrees, and the room will feel cold when sleeping. There is a bed that is blocked by a screen in the living room and cannot sleep. As a result, 2 people squeezed in a room, and a bed was still a wire bed. If the old and new are not high in hygiene requirements, this price may be a good deal. The projector is good and very clear. Customer service will answer all questions.

Overall general experience, there are good and some problems. The price feels high compared to the whole stay, and the price is not high. The listing is a few hundred meters away from the subway station, okay, not too far. Check-in is relatively smooth, password lock self-check-in is very convenient, and the landlord responds in a timely manner. Can help store luggage, this is very good, very convenient. The security of the listing is still possible, there is electronic access control. Takeaway can be delivered upstairs. There are two doors in the room, the switch inside is more troublesome, but the sound insulation and security will be better. There is a Tmall elf that can be used, and you can sing directly, which is good. There are some garbage leftovers from the tenants in the balcony kitchen, but it has not affected us. The room as a whole is quite big. There is a lot of noise occasionally in the bathroom. I don't know what it is. It may be that the bathroom isolation is not very good.
