I want to sincerely thank all of the staff at Ayearn for making my girlfriend's 25th birthday extra special! Apart from the excellent customer service, smooth check-in process (they understand foreigners' 粤康码 situation), and wonderful environment, this hotel hosts something even more special: its staff's ability to go above and beyond for its guests. When I checked in, I informed the receptionist that this stay was in fact a surprise for my girlfriend's 25th birthday. They asked if I wanted them to decorate the room with their standard decorations and I said yes. We then coordinated over WeChat to find the perfect time to decorate the room during our stay. But there was something else up my sleeve: I had bought some rose petals from a flower shop and asked if they could spread these on the bed and put a gift I prepared on it as well. They agreed and the arrangement was set. Now, before you look at the photos, keep in mind that all I told the hotel staff was to put the rose petals and the gift on the bed. I expected that they would make it look nice, but I didn't know they would go above and beyond they way they did. The photos speak for themselves! Take a look, they spent the extra time to make everything look extra nice and decided where to place the rose petals in the best places. I am very proud of their work and am really glad I chose this hotel for my girlfriend's birthday! Needless to say, my girlfriend was very happy with all of this and I am forever thankful to you all for giving us a wonderful memory. PS: If you intend on doing something similar for your significant other, please purchase and supply the hotel with the rose petals that you want. This is not something they do normally but they can accommodate your request. The other decorations (such as the happy birthday banner, chicks, etc. are all part of their standwrd decoration package). Also please give the hotel ample time to do the job properly, I promise you won't be disappointed! Thank you again to all the staff at Ayearn!!!

It's really nice, the room is bright and spacious, like a paradise. The service is very good. After turning on Do Not Disturb, there will be no rude ringing or knocking on the door. The turndown was amazing, with Guangzhou-style sugar water. I lost something, and the hotel took the initiative to search for it. Finally I found it. Thank you for your hard work. Will return to the hotel where I stayed.

Very insulated and comfortable hotel. If you need peace and quiet this is a good place to be. It was very scary when the AC in the entire hotel was broken for a few days, and sometimes the cleaning lady can act strange. The room can get smelly so be careful about that. Otherwise, a very professional area!

Convenient transportation, the nearest subway station is the (2nd line) Haiyue Station B, the subway station is a shopping center, Baoneng Taicheng City; from the subway station to the hotel along the way there are trees, about 10 minutes; Complete facilities, gym, smart toilet, constant temperature bathroom, smart home control are very good, and there is a balcony suitable for quail eggs; I didn't experience the good service of Miss 07 at the front desk, but the smile professional etiquette is in place. There are fruit shops, breakfast shops, restaurants opposite the hotel, and there is a hair salon next to it. Although the room is facing the road, it is basically not noisy; Breakfast has porridge powder buns toast bread, banana tomatoes, milk soy milk; fresh fruit in the lobby for guests to eat. The overall accommodation experience is good. In addition, I relived the classic movie, Zisan Silang and Tiger mouth to escape.
