Love the location and convenience of having a bath and shower combo in the room. The beds are super comfortable and the check in process is hassle free. I love the fact rooms have a coffee machine included and a mini bar fridge. Love staying here. Will be back again soon.

What was confusing is that the hotel isn't 'The Clouds' but actually 'Grande Hotel' instead, which felt really misleading. The hotel however is in a good location, and despite the lobby and public areas looking modern and clean, the rooms are a little worn out. The bathroom wasn't clean and needed attention, and the rooms are very dark and do not look like the photos of many I saw online. The walls are also extremely thin, and I could hear my neighbors having a conversation and their TV next door during the night. The toiletries they give you are really small, and it just felt incredibly disappointing considering the price and location. I also found when I got home this morning I'd been bitten all over!

Room is new and clean, staffs are polite and helpful for all questions. Japanese style room with very nice window view make good vibes for all time in the room, the only problem is the smart view connection of phone didn't work successfully, hope this can be fixed in future. Highly recommend to choose this hotel.

I was on a business trip nearby. I used to live far away. This time I found that this hotel was very close. I didn't expect it to be better than the expected experience. The breakfast was good. I liked light food and I could meet it. There was a book in the room. It happened that I was recently reading the world. Let's see if there will be books I like next time I come to unpack the blind box. I have lived here recommended by friends, saying that the traffic is more convenient, there are various foods to choose from in Fangdacheng next to it, the lobby is on the whole floor, not as small as other hotels, parking is also very convenient. Come back next time.

非常不錯的酒店 環境很好 設施很新 房間內設計蠻舒服的 酒店前台服務也專業 保潔阿姨也很有禮貌 自助早餐蠻豐富 炒粉（應該是）然後就是煮和粉還不錯 凌晨回國 臨時住沒有身份證用護照入住 很快就辦理好了 交通很方便 唯一不太方便的就是入住的時候酒店門頭前面好像在裝修 開車進門和停車不太方便 打車要走到馬路旁邊才可以 總體來説很不錯 下次還會再來的
