When I checked into the hotel, I asked the lady at the front desk to help arrange hot water in the bathtub🛁. The first thing I did when I returned to the hotel was to take a bath. After walking 53 kilometers back, my feet felt very comfortable after soaking in the hot water, and I was full of energy. I stayed late at night, the mattress was moderately firm and soft, and I slept very well. I missed the hotel's breakfast in the morning. The room manager helped arrange the fruit, which is a very warm detail. Will continue to choose Paco Hotel in the future! The service of the lady at the front desk is very warm and thoughtful. There are many shopping malls and snacks nearby, and the transportation is very convenient. The first choice for business family travel.

Because the child is going to CUHK to report, go to Shenzhen ahead of time. Comparing the nearby hotels, I found that Campanile is more suitable (with family rooms). After checking in, I found that there was really no wrong booking. First of all, the room is big enough and the bed is big enough for a family of three to live comfortably. Secondly, it is clean and convenient. Again, there is a parking lot (opposite the hotel) and the location is easy to find. The black tea and green tea presented by the hotel are delicious, and the biscuits are also good. The water in Nongfu Spring is also good. I especially want to commend the hotel staff who are very professional. Especially the little girl named Shen Yilan at the front desk, the service attitude is very good. Because the highway was smooth along the way, we were nearly three hours ahead of our check-in time. When we called in advance to ask, she immediately arranged cleaning. When we arrived at the hotel around 11:30, she arranged for us to check in enthusiastically, so we could lay down our luggage and have lunch leisurely. The hotel should reward such good employees to enhance the service impact of the hotel! I will continue to book this hotel next time I visit CUHK to see children.

Convenient location: about 5 minutes to Gongming Square metro station, surrounded by shops, restos, convenience stores and all establishments helpful to visitors. Room was cleaned everyday. The TV only had programs in Chinese but I had not time to watch it anyway. Charge for the spacious room is very reasonable. Staff is highly accommodating despite the lack of English fluency. Their use of the translator app helped a lot in communicating with me. I`m willing to book this hotel again on another visit to Shenzhen.
