Service and housekeeping are excellent. Room is clean and spacious. Bed is comfortable. Location is a bit far from metro station. Breakfast food is too oily and about the same everyday. Overall a pleasant stay.

乾乾淨淨很簡潔風格客服也很好麻煩人家送飲料調電視來着，外賣可以送門口！離深圳灣很近，樓下就有共享自行車還有飯店！推薦入住！

我要給酒店超五分滿分點評
首先我要非常感謝酒店客房服務員鍾慶延師傅和前台白兮宇，房間的入住非常舒適，但是退房時，我將一枚貴重的翡翠鑽石戒指遺失在房間內，到機場的路上，我接到前台小白的電話，才知道戒指忘了拿，我有點着急，小白跟我説，不需要回去拿取，直接幫我快遞，到達機場時，酒店已經幫我把戒指妥善包裝好，聯繫順豐寄出，我對於酒店的服務感到非常滿意，也真誠地向客房鍾師傅説聲感謝，他品行高尚拾金不昧，前台這服務優秀，響應迅速高效
關於酒店和房間的品質，我也非常滿意，房間非常乾淨，一塵不染，可以光着腳在地板上走來走去，清清爽爽乾乾淨淨，非常舒服，羽絨被的厚薄和床墊的軟硬度都非常好，窗簾和燈光的設定都是智能化，但是標識的非常清楚便於操作，一鍵開關燈和各項插頭插座，等舒適性設定都非常符合我們的使用習慣，衞生間乾淨衞生布局合理，洗浴間很寬大，防滑做得很好，不需要在另外鋪防滑墊，用起來就是很舒服
早餐的品種不算太多，但有好吃的牛腩米線湯，中西式和水果都有，比較精緻，這次的入住各方面給我帶來了非常好的感受
最後，再次感謝酒店提供的優質服務，感謝客房服務員鍾慶延師傅和前台小白，下次還會繼續來入住的

酒店非常乾淨，床舖非常舒服，酒店人員非常有禮貌和熱心，因為要吃藥他們送上來好幾支支礦泉水給我們，還給我們升級房間，酒店衛生間裝修高檔，酒店景觀非常好，還能看見寶塔和小樹林，以這個價錢來說，完全是天花板。
