Vienna Hotel (Shenzhen Fenghuang)

It’s ok, I’ve actually stayed here several times, this time there’s no room upgrade service, the room is really small, and the brands of bathroom amenities are different, I’m not satisfied that you can hear car horns from the window, everything else is okay, I hope Can improve next time

The most garbage in Vienna, the sanitation is not good, the front desk staff is the most trash, and those who can't check in before two o'clock, must wait until two o'clock, the sanitation is not as good as the small hotel next to the station, one star is worthless, attach a photo to see on the floor Dust, and the dilapidation of the door of the room

The breakfast is satisfactory, but people who eat a lot may not be enough. The staff are warm and courteous, and the service is thoughtful.

不錯不錯環境位置很好！值得去住！沒有早餐，位置好，很乾凈，床很大，周邊吃飯的地方很多，值得入住！可以喲！

酒店就左左黃貝嶺地下鐵站F出口，交通方便，付近很多食的，行去深業東嶺方便～食的玩的都有，會再去一次

酒店位置真的很好，附近又有很多餐廳，還有超市跟便利店！ 但酒店的設施比較舊，同類型房間的床墊有些已經凹下去！希望酒店可以正視一下這個問題！

真實評價，希望能幫助您選擇。先説酒店優點：1、出門左轉500米左右就是黃貝嶺地鐵站，深圳2/5/8號線中轉，地鐵出行方便（照片1）。2、酒店對面是商場，斜對面是港式茶餐廳和海鮮酒樓，樓下粵菜、燒烤、kfc、廣式米粉小店一應俱全（照片2、3），家樂福超市大概也衹有500米，購物吃飯是真的方便。酒店右拐出門走300米有一條小巷，是城中村黃貝嶺6村，有菜市場和水果市場（照片4）。周邊環境很接地氣，生活方便。再説下不足：1、酒店在十字路口，臨街的兩排房間是實在是很吵，深圳的夜生活很豐富，晚上12點樓下都很熱鬧，所以請習慣早睡和帶家庭長者出遊的請慎重，如果能挑選不臨街的房間還好，本人拍攝了酒店房間位置圖（照片5、6），十字路口在東南角。2、部分酒店人員服務意識是真的很差，第一次遇到酒店員工和客人搶電梯的，我都驚訝了，哈哈！還有工號010的前台姐姐，真的麻煩您提高下服務態度，雖然您沒對我説粵語，但您給我的整體感覺是深圳土著過來下酒店基層體驗生活的，向您反饋的希望換房問題、詢問的酒店餐券問題，都很敷衍。還是你們酒店的其他同事最後幫忙解決了。
