房子還可以，去到的時候下雨5點多了，太陽剛好曬到，房間不會太潮，就是晚上旁邊那棟一羣人燒烤，吵得太晚了，睡不着

雖然是民宿但是衞生和設施也要跟上，被單等床上用品感覺不是很乾凈那種，床邊也有塵灰，沖涼毛巾浴巾都是一次性的不好用，雖然是夏天又不是週末房價4百多元一晚的價格這種設施覺得有點貴，但是住的地方去海灘方便走路幾分鐘就到了，門票價價格每人30元，60歲以上長者免費，周圍吃飯買東西方便，但是所謂的旅遊區消費當然比外面貴的，開車去村裡要收停車費一天最少40元這有點離譜。

應該是翻修不是很久的，房間衞生非常乾淨，床品業很乾凈，比市區的什麼酒店都乾淨，去之前還擔心衞生來着，結果真心好，也沒有什麼蚊蟲！老闆也很熱情，可以在這自己做吃的，跟到家了一樣！剛開始去了老闆順我選的那個房間空調製冷不是特別好，擔心我們會熱，還給我們另外準備了一個房間使用，陽台特別大空氣清新風景優美，還跟涼快，根本用不到空調！晚上睡覺也沒覺得熱，很舒服剛剛好！我們一家五口人去的，都很開心！

怎麼説呢，挺糾結的一家店，一開始是想給差評的。按照民宿來説還是民宿樣子，衞生間標配是不能和酒店匹配，差評原因也是因為這個和價格不匹配。但是，除了這一點之外，景色，房間空間還是優於酒店。重點是老闆的為人很不錯，熱情真誠，有什麼事情可以和老闆溝通下，因為有這老闆在，這家店服務可以給10星評價，不是東涌其他酒店能比的。所以綜合來説基礎設施偏弱，但是軟性設施比較強。比五分好一點的六星評價。各中多少選擇就看各位看客如何選擇了。
