酒店位置就在魯鎮入口處，去柯巖，遊客中心，吃飯都是步行距離，很方便。 酒店設施完備，環境優雅。早餐搭配合理，營養豐富。 特別值得一提的是工作人員的服務非常好，這次遇到的管家小蔣、小沈，提前一天已經電話聯繫並加了微信，發送了酒店及停車場定位。到達後因為預約的社戲快到時間了，小蔣還開接駁車把我們送到了戲院。入住過程中有問必答，反應速度很快。離店時小沈還開接駁車幫助把我和父母送到了停車場。總之，本次入住非常滿意，下次來魯鎮還會選擇雷迪森！

雷迪森酒店，房間寬敞明亮。預訂得雙床很幸運的升級了個露台庭院親子房，裏面有很多的熊元素，還有個大露台，愛了愛了。房間對面就有個小童淘氣堡孩子玩的都不願意出來，主樓還有漢服體驗非常不錯。

酒店位於魯鎮景區內，空氣好。尤其晚上，參觀客散盡後，相當安靜。訂的雷迪森懌曼街景房，升級到了黃龍璀麗湖景房，景色不錯。酒店員工服務態度好，前台小周、小張以及店經理為住客所想，讓我們滿意。

第二次入住了，酒店位置很好，湖景房是枕水而眠的那種。酒店除了設施比之前舊了些，服務一如既往的好。雖然入住過程中出現一點小意外，工作人員很負責地配合解決。 總之是值得入住的酒店，推薦！ （圖一是上次入住時拍的）

設施：驚魂一刻：訂了兩間房，待在一間庭院裏，另一間樓上的瓦片就砸下來了。酒店設施還需要定期檢修！！！ 服務：服務還是很OK的，停車場接送、送水果點心，有問題都能迴應。
