這個酒店服務態度超差的，沒有如期入住都要收錢，想取消訂單連個取消訂單的選擇都沒有，沒住為什麼要收錢還連個取消訂單的選擇都沒有。第一次打電話過去就説沒收到我的訂單，叫我聯繫平台客服，打電話給平台客服又叫我聯繫旅館的人，打了兩個電話後商量好了可以退，結果兩邊又推來推去，連續叫我打電話聯繫兩邊，聯繫了後最後錢也沒退給我，真的是黑心旅館來的，勸大家不要訂了，萬一像我這樣衹住一天，因為臨時有事趕不過去錢就沒了
