Looks more like a resort than hotel. Hotel lobby was very grand but facilities are worn down. There is a gym and karaoke room but the karaoke looks more like night club, swimming pool looks old too and it’s closed. Room size ok, necessities are all equipped but lack of power points for charging and no international sockets. Shower surprisingly very comfy good water pressure with enclosed shower and bath tub, and I am very happy to see the washlet toilet. Room comes with a balcony with table and chairs and the view is nice. Free coffee and tea at the lobby. Buffet breakfast variety more local and food are all quite oily, very tasty though. There is a male staff at the reception which I would like to compliment, he helped us book DiDi during our stay throughout using his own account as we have issue with our WeChat. Excellent service! Took DiDi to nearby bainian dong jie for night market and food, must go place if you visit Shaoguan, try the mu mian ting chuan shao, very nice.

Four-star hotel, the Spring Festival occupancy is very high, because it is near Nanhua Temple (the first ancient temple in Eastern Guangdong), and there are not many hotels nearby. The attitude of the service staff is very good, polite and friendly, but the decoration and facilities are too old, the hot spring is only on the 4th floor, there is a bathtub for soaking, and other ordinary rooms do not have a bathtub. This is the first time I have seen the bathtub stopper screwed with rusty wire. The disposable bathtub cover provided by the hotel was directly leaked. The room was tripped due to a power outage, and it took more than ten minutes for the workers to find out that the key card spring was faulty. At night, there were mice gnawing on the wood on the ceiling, and there was a rattling sound all night. At that time, I really didn't think it was a mouse. I thought it was a noise from some room, but I realized it was a mouse because of the very clear sound of biting. I got up and roared a few times The sound disappeared, and I slept in a daze all night.

This time we chose a Portuguese-style villa. The room is very big, there is a living room, and there is an independent hot spring. The hot spring area is very large and the water is very clean. The showers in the rooms here are all hot spring water. This is the first time I saw it, and it was a bit awesome. The outdoor hot spring area is very big and clean. There are more than 100 pools. The service staff are also very considerate and often pour water for us to drink. We like the little children's pool the most. It has warm water, and the children will not be afraid of freezing. It is also enough to play with lights at night. The children like it very much. The children's pool is separated by medicinal baths. Several of them are connected together. The water temperature is normal and hot. It is super suitable for people with different needs. It is close to the children's pool and meets the needs of the family with children. For dinner, we chose to eat at the restaurant. The private room is very large and clean, and the products are delicious, especially the super sweet vegetables, and the price is also favorable.
