#性價比高#前台服務意識強 這個酒店網上看了評論還不錯，出差就訂來，整體感覺還是不錯的，前台服務意識強，房間擺放的東西很整齊，也特別乾淨，衞生贊。免費贈送了早餐還不錯，停車也方便，下次會再來入住。

中規中矩的酒店，價格確實很便宜，停車場特別大，停車很方便，前台還免費送了2份早餐，挺好的，味道不錯，房間衞生很乾凈，床大，舒服。在濠江中心，去哪裡都近，出差首選，下次還會再來。

第一次出差來汕頭這邊 網上看到這酒店住的人比較多也比較實惠 想着住一晚試試 沒想到比我想像中的要好走進大金碧輝煌的感覺 前台接待的小姐姐很熱情問了她附近有沒有好吃的也很熱情的介紹 還免費送了早餐 服務真的很不錯 房間面積很大 給人簡單大方的感覺住的蠻舒服出差旅遊住宿的好地方呀哈哈

真得挺不錯的，前台小姐姐服務態度真的很不錯，最主要既然幫我免費升級了一個尊享大床房，房間很大，又特別温馨，衞生也特別乾淨，讓我覺得洗澡特別舒服的就是花灑頭水壓特別大噴出來拍打在身上真得感覺想按摩一樣。今天退房了前台還免費送了兩瓶飲料給我這個服務真得很好！大堂也很氣派，停車也特別方便，早餐也還可以，粥，麪包，熱菜都有！總體下來性價比真得很高了，這個尊享大床房正常應該需要三四百，免費幫我升級特別棒，下次出差一定還會入住！

房間大面積發黴，有圖片、視頻為證！這個程度是長時間發黴不處理的結果。當天入住時間很晚已經是半夜，前台衹會一個勁説她是新來的。酒店店長明明在店裡，卻拒絕與我們溝通，衹讓前台傳話，可以退房費，但春節期間大半夜的必須自己出去另找住的地方，明顯是在惡意為難顧客！
態度惡劣，滿牆發黴，這個酒店憑實力入選最差酒店排行榜！
攜程平台接到投訴後，積極高效的給出幾個解決方案，對於攜程的服務水平很滿意。

大年初二去汕頭看煙花秀，入住楠天酒店！房間挺大，乾淨衞生，就是淋浴水比較小，水温有點涼。對面就是濠江文化宮，旁邊的牛肉火鍋味道不錯！前台小姐姐都好温柔！
