Nice hotel, very clean, well located and lovely hospitable owner who picked me up at the airport and dropped me locally at my next hotel. My one complaint is that my room was very loud. All outside sounds from the street, courtyard and hallway could be heard clearly in my room. Maybe the top floor rooms are different (my room was on the bottom floor street level). Its worth noting that the hotel owner did ask the people congregating in the public spaces to lower their voices. Other than this, my stay was pleasant. Thank you!

The B&B is in a good location, not too out of the way or too noisy. The car can be driven to the intersection, and carpooling is very convenient. The room is very clean and tidy, with a very distinctive Tibetan style. I really like the starry sky ceiling in the room. Although I didn't see the starry sky, it is very beautiful when the sun shines down. After turning on the floor heating, the whole room was warm, and the temperature in Shangri-La was -8°C. The small drawback was that the wooden house had poor sound insulation. The aunt was very warm and friendly. She upgraded our room type, ran up and down the stairs to help us move the oxygen concentrator, and even gave us tremella soup, which was so thoughtful! ! Recommended to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. At first it was a bit hard to find, but eventually we were able to locate it. The hotel is tucked away, very near the old town area. It’s a great location, only 14 min drive from the temple and a 5 min walk to old town. Service was nice and very thoughtful, and the amenities were lovely. Our bathroom had a heated floor, and the pillows were comfy. Very peaceful and tranquil place to stay after exploring Yunnan’s Tibetan plateau. Our only note was that the room wasn’t super clean when we arrived (there was some hair in the shower and we were missing some toiletries) but I attribute that to the busy time of year- I’m sure the staff was overwhelmed by the Golden Week tourists. Overall, would recommend!

Very good! Recommended recommended! The unique style of the cave is very interesting, and my daughter likes it more. The price can be said to be super cost-effective, and the boss is also very nice, and even upgraded the room type for free. The room is clean and tidy and the hygiene is very good. The sound insulation is also very good, and I didn't feel noisy. The boss's daughter is also very cute. She became friends with my daughter in just a short time. When she saw us wake up, she came up to play with her sister. She is a very warm-hearted lady. 😍If I have a chance next time, I will definitely stay there again~

The transportation is very convenient. It is 2 minutes away from the ancient city. There are restaurants on both sides of the street, which is very convenient. The innkeeper was very enthusiastic and picked us up at the bus station. The room is large and has all the necessary supplies. The electric blanket and electric heater are very powerful. The price of 91 yuan a night is unimaginable in the mainland. I will introduce friends to stay here and it will be a very happy experience.

The hardware configuration in the room is in place. There were two waterways next to the entrance walkway of the store. I was so dizzy that I stepped on them and was a little scared. There are oxygen bottles at the front desk for 20 yuan/bottle. The price is the same as that of pharmacies outside (like it). The guy's service is very attentive. He called me before and added WeChat to contact me. He told me that he could drive an electric car to the nearby ancient city and pick him up at the store. That night I had headache, discomfort and high reflex symptoms, which were relieved by inhaling oxygen. During the night, there were other guests talking on the porch, so I communicated with the guy and it became quiet. I had a good sleep and it wasn't as serious the next day. Thank you boss and brother for your service.
