位置優越，交通便利，位置很好空氣新鮮，出行方便，門口有停車位非常方便，大廳簡潔大氣，前台小郭小姐姐有禮貌而且周到，專業很不錯，房間採光好，明亮，安靜，衞生很乾凈，床墊很舒服。

這個算是我住過最好的酒店了，價格優惠，酒店大氣上檔次，有恆温的游泳池，健身房還是免費的，房間很寬敞，有一個大浴缸可以泡澡真的很舒服，服務員都很好禮貌，特別是前台的丘曉珍美女還幫我拿行李。

挺久沒來了，總的來説還是非常不錯，早餐不錯，房間有點老了，不過還是可以，周邊環境好，酒店泳池還是非常不錯，來上杭度假休閑首選，這次十一期間來住，房價漲了不少。酒店房間衞生細節比以前稍微掉了點。

房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全，衞生間和沖涼房分開，兩人入住互不影響；陽台寬大，有晾衣架；茶几配茶壺杯子，喝茶的小椅子非常舒服；送了水果品種豐富適合家庭或三五好友一起度假。忘了拍照

畢竟還是小縣城，雖説是五星酒店，但整體服務素質相去甚遠，不及三星。大堂沒有服務禮賓衹有維序的生硬保安，前台接待缺乏生機，更談不上熱忱與笑容。客房衞生打掃也很馬虎，連住多日都未曾擦拭乾凈洗手枱，枱麪明顯頭髮絲都不清理。更不能理解的是，客房服務生進入客房竟然不敲門徑直入內，一句話不説放下物品扭頭就走……
當然優點也是有的，酒店整體風格寬敞大氣，地處環境好，空氣清新，在小縣城美麗的石壁寨山腳下，早起爬山登高觀景，最愜意不過。
