The two horizontal boards and the telephone at the head of the bed were dusty. I asked the clerk for disinfectant wipes and wiped them myself. There was also a lot of dust and cotton wool on the pillow. The air conditioner does not heat, so I asked the staff to repair it. I asked the master who repaired the air conditioner if this room has not been occupied for a long time. 3. The sound insulation of the room is relatively poor. When I asked why, they said it was Ctrip's lowest price, but other hotels booked on Ctrip gave invoices of the actual amount, and then they never responded again.
