Very beautiful. The atrium is very beautiful and luxurious. The living room is also spacious and is just the right size for a few people to hang out together. It's also quiet and safe. The scenery is beautiful and you will feel elegant. This is my first time using solid shampoo and conditioner, but they are of very good quality. The staff are also very kind. The bar had a wide selection of spirits, especially the ********* whisky. A very good hotel to enjoy Gangnam. There were a lot of young local women in the ba*****t spa. Cigarettes are not allowed inside the building.

Novotel Jiangnan Ambassador Hotel, the service is very good, especially the staff who check in at the lobby are patient and meticulous, and the cleaning staff on the 14th floor are also very kind. We couldn't find our destination outside the hotel, so we met a little brother who was patient. Take us to the location carefully, and go to have breakfast the next day, only to find out that it is a staff member in the breakfast room of the hotel. Thank you very much. Intercontinental Seoul COEX Conveniently located in COEX mall, tons of food and shopping available here. Booked a king classic room with lounge access to celebrate wedding anniversary. Received complimentary red wine. Room is well maintained but design looks tired and dated. Luckily the club lounge is exceptional. Afternoon tea is served from 3pm to 5pm. Evening canapés from 5.30pm to 8pm. Food quality is good and staffs are friendly. I would strongly recommend to get room with lounge benefits else the dated room design doesn't justify its price tag.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and spoke very good English, which made everything very easy. I was just staying for the weekend for a concert and it was great for just an overnight stay getaway. This may just be a personal thing, but there were no USB ports only plug ports. I had forgotten one of my adapters at home thinking it should be fine, but actually need to go out and buy one, but there is plenty of cafés and convenient stores around the area and it was able to meet all my needs

The hotel is exactly what you need for Seoul, nothing too fancy, just a nice simple clean room with a comfy bed. Modern, simplistic toilet (with bidet) and shower cubicle. I requested a room change after being woken up by construction (not the hotel's fault), but the new room's shower cubicle didn't quite reach all the way to the bottom, it was about 1 foot short, so when showering, it kind of got the toilet area wet. Location is about 10min walk from Sinsa station or 5min walk to Hak Dong station. There's lots of little cafes, eateries in the small streets near by. Outside the hotel is a nice little Patio area (hence the name) and the hotel also has a 24hr wine store (with some liquor). Overall would recommend.

I stayed at the FP Sheraton Gangnam several times, but writing a review for the first time. First off, the staff was very friendly and accommodating- they upgraded my mother's room to a suite; provided a small welcome package; and assisted my parents with transportation to the airport. The room was also very clean and big. The view from the room was awesome and the beds were very clean and plush. As for the location, FP is walking distance from Garosugil and Apgujung-two of the most posh neighborhoods in Gangnam with great resturants, nightlife, and shopping.

The hotel is located in the business district, the location is better, the rooms are very small, the hotel with the same price near the subway station entrance is much larger. Fully booked a hotel on Ctrip more than two months in advance. The price was 100 yuan more than the actual price at the time of actual check-in. People have said that they will not book on Ctrip in the future. The hotel room was poorly soundproofed, imaginable awkward. Downstairs is a nightclub, which is noisy. The front desk of the hotel needs more than a dozen steps, and there is no elevator to go directly.
