Cons:
* AC blows hot air. Opening the window helped
* Low water pressure on toilet

The location is great, about a 5-minute walk from Exit 6 of Nambu Terminal Station! It's on Line 3, so it's close to Sinsa and Express Terminal stations, making it convenient for sightseeing.
There was one staff member at the front desk who spoke Japanese, and the others were also kind.
Also, the room was a little old and the common hallway was dirty and a little dark, but it was fine for sleeping. At night, you can hear people talking from outside. I didn't hear any noise from the next room.
As for amenities, there are no toothbrushes. There are gowns and hairdryers.
Although it's a motel, it's good value for money even in the Gangnam area, so I recommend it.

I did not carefully check the check-in time when making the reservation, but it was not listed in the accommodation information. After making a reservation, check-in was indicated at 10 PM, and it said it was a smoking room, so I called the hotel and was informed that check-in was at 6 PM and that it was a non-smoking room. However, on the day of my stay, the room I was assigned to had an ashtray and matches and was suffocated with the smell of cigarette smoke. The air conditioner could only be turned on and off and there was no temperature control.
