I stayed for 4 nights and it was nice to see that it was thoroughly cleaned every time! Amenities will be given to you at the front desk upon check-in. The amenities included a comb, toothbrush, razor, towel, cotton swabs, hair tie, and soap. The front desk staff could speak Japanese, so I felt safe. The room had a good view from the 10th floor and I could even see airplanes. There is also a convenience store and Daiso nearby, so it's a good place to buy souvenirs. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to walk from the nearest station, but it is easy to find as you can arrive by walking straight.

Good hotel for business traveler’s. The amenities can be improved, and the twin bedroom can be rather small for those traveling with extra baggage or without kids. Overall the hotel offers essential service and amenities but don’t expect 5 star quality. The distance to the public transportation can be a bit long walk, as you would need to across a major street and another 2-3 mins to the station. I would say it is a rather nicer / value added hotel in this part of Seoul. Plus the coffee in the lounge is decent as well.

The check in and check out was simple. I was worried the walk to the subway would be too far but it wasn't at all. Shops and coffee shops along the way to pick up anything before going out or returning to the hotel. There is also a shopping center downstairs with lots of restaurants and an Emart in walking distance. I got sick during my stay and the staff was very helpful. The bed was really comfy. I suffer from back pain and during my stay my bavk did not hurt at all. I was really surprised. The cleaner was very sweet. The bathroom had a bathtub and shower and there was a kettle in the room. However, there was no instant coffee just tea which wasn't a big deal to me because you can get coffee in just about any corner in Seoul. Because I got sick during my stay I wasn't able to check out any of the facilities: gym, cafe, etc so I can't comment on that. For me the most important in any hotel stay is the customer service and I found here it great. They were able to answer all my questions which is helpful in a foreign country. Definitely recommend!

The hotel is very clean and has a hip, emotional feel. It was a nice hotel that I would want to use again, and there were a lot of places to eat nearby, so it was great for a staycation. However, compared to the clean and sophisticated facilities, the TV was so old that it was difficult to operate, and the fact that it was not possible to use OTT such as Netflix felt like a significant disadvantage. It's a really good hotel that I would use again and again if the TV is supplemented!!

It was rather good because it was not a motel village. If you prefer a tidy place or if you ask for a hostel with your friends, you can come here from Shinrin Station. There is also a rooftop where you can feel the camping atmosphere (paid)

The little brother at the front desk is not very polite. Although he doesn't have to be polite to the passengers, he still needs to have basic qualities and at least not show an impatient expression in the service industry. The overall environment is actually okay, but the hygiene needs to be paid attention to. The dust on the table and bedside should be wiped off, and there are blood drop-like stains on the top of the head of the room I live in. Although I am not sure if it is food, or there is an accident, but in short It looked very scary, so I didn't fall asleep at all~ Because of the epidemic, I couldn't travel, so I occasionally went to the hotel as a travel to rest. But this time it was really normal. Everyone is working hard in the current economic downturn, but some basic attitudes are still required. thanks
