Recently we were allowed to travel outside Aomori prefecture. We booked plane tickets and hotel 3 days in advance. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted by professional and friendly staff. Our temperatures were taken and all Covid precautions were maintained. Our room was spacious with a view of the mountains and a river. Bathroom was large with separate shower and bathtub. Robes and slippers were provided. Our stay included breakfast and it was delicious. Especially the made to order omelettes. Fresh fruit, vegetables, sweet breads and meats plus several Japanese traditional breakfast items were offered. Plastic gloves are given to use for the self serve items. Every morning we received a warm greeting and coffee from the manager. Everyone in the dining room and hotel made us feel welcomed. The hotel has a bus that shuttles every hour to the main Sapporo train station and shopping center. This was a great benefit of the hotel. We will go back and stay for the winter festival! We were on the 9th floor.

The hotel reminded me of New York City's Empire State Building with the Art Deco motif. It's an old classic look which I found to be very appealing. Location wise it's less than 10 minutes on foot from Sapporo station. There are a number of tourist, shopping, nightlife and restaurant spots all within walking distance. The view from the room was spectacular and everything was very clean. The breakfast, especially the waffle station, was delicious and offered a wide variety of western and Asian dishes.

It is located in the centre of Sapporo City. 10 minutes walk North you will find JR Sapporo Station and 10 minutes South you will find the busy commercial district of Susukino. If you are travel from the airport, the airport Liner bus stop is right in front of the hotel but the journey will take more than 90 minutes as there are quite a few stops before arriving at the hotel. Room is clean and tidy. Be sure to book the breakfast if available. It costs 3300Yen if pay separately at the hotel but the breakfast at the Northern Terrace is one of the best buffet breakfast I have ever tasted.

Close to Nijo Market, one of my favorite spots, and within walking distance to Suzukino for a meal The location was great! The breakfast was also multinational and I couldn't eat it all at once, so when I stayed at Susukino again, I wanted to conquer all the types of breakfast. The room is clean and bright I had a pleasant stay. Other than me, the body is big, but the bed is spacious and seems to have a good rest. The staff were also very nice, and I felt that it was indeed Marriott. I would like to stay again. Thank you♪

Stayed for 3 nights and 4 days with a 1 year old child. Because the child's sleeping phase is bad, the bed is difficult and I was looking for it in the Japanese room, and the bath was large like a house, so I decided to this hotel. Although it is a Japanese room, there is one chair, and it is possible to sit the child using the chair belt brought, and to give the weaning meal ５ F also had a microwave oven, which was very good. ５ F had additional pillows and blankets, which was also convenient. The bath had a lot of water and hot water came soon. The location is also close to the downtown. There was a large desk that the child could not reach, and it was convenient to have various things. I didn't care, but as a wife's impression, there was a place where the tatami mats were rustling and rustling, so I hope that it will be improved. As for my impression, I thought that I would like to make a shelf a little high because there was little place to put things for the sink of the bathroom. I was going to move by the burrow, but the child was heavy and tired in one day, so I rented a baby car at the sightseeing center at Sapporo Station the next morning. The doma part was enough to keep a baby car, but the door was once opened in front of the toilet because the door was open. The location was convenient, so I was able to return to the hotel once and go somewhere. I went around the tourist spot and returned to the hotel in the evening and took a rest, then went to the Yakiniku shop behind and walked a little to the Triton of the rotation. On the last day, I ate the morning of the comeda coffee in tanukikoji shopping street, went back to the room, checked out, and took out to Sapporo station by the cloth bag of the crab sand and the red brick terrace I ate at the airport.

It was good that the room was non-smoking, which is not common in Japan. The room was warm even if it was not heated separately and the cleaning was tidy throughout 3 nights. The front desk staff spoke English and was comfortable and comfortable with a variety of bathroom amenities. The location of the hotel was far from the city center, so it was very good except that it was a little uncomfortable to walk on a rainy day.

The hotel is fabulously clean, amenities are well chosen and of higher quality compared to business hotels of same price range. Location can be a little far from major stations but it was a pleasant walk from Sapporo Station without much difficulty finding the place. The service was excellent although check-In was done on a tablet mostly when the front clerk was right in front of me which was a shame as the person could have done the same. (It could be the hotel's initiative on digitalizing the guest info sheet that is a legal requirement for hotels to do, I do rather type on the tablet than writing on a sheet of paper as I have horribly illegible writing style)

From JR Sapporo, need to take a subway to reach the hotel, and walking up a staircase is difficult with luggage. Near to shopping and food in Susukino. Good size room, big beds, the shower and bathtub are separate, don't have to stand in the bathtub to shower. Friendly staff who understand my English. Took care of our luggage for a few hours after we checked out. Arigatou gozaimasu.

I was looking for an inn in Sapporo where I was soaring because of the schedule that I stayed for two nights from November 1 and three consecutive holidays, and I booked it immediately because this inn I found in JTB was the personal lowest price. When you arrive, the building is a bit old and feels history, but the staff is good and the room cleaning situation is no problem. There was a male bath on the second floor (the third floor for women), and the room was 8 tatami mats with the bus toilet, and it was a fresh feeling that it came to the hot spring inn even though it came to Sapporo. I wonder when I've been sleeping in a futon in a tatami room... I didn't care at all because there was no setting of a non-smoking room. If you are worried about it, the on-off sound of the refrigerator in the room was surprisingly large at bedtime, so you took off every outlet and went to bed, and parking the car of the guest without a gap in the space in front of the hotel entrance If you have a big luggage, you will have less 々 hard to get out of the road? The hotel is close to Nijo market and within 10 minutes walk to Odori Park and Suki, and the location is good, and the CP is high, and it was a hotel that I would like to stay again when I come to Sapporo.

My sister found this accomodation via *********** platform & booked for our recent family trip to Sapporo. We (5 pax) stayed here for 5 nights. When we first arrived, we were a bit concern with the building exterior & the unmanned check in but the procedure went smoothly. Our apartment interior is clean, simple decorated & spacious 4 bedrooms with heaters in each room. 2 bedrooms for 2 pax 1 bedroom for 3 pax 1 bedroom for 1 pax There is only 1 wooden dining table that can fit 4 person. The rest of furnishing is japanese style is seated on the floor. Washing machine is available but there is no dryer. I also wished there were more hangers available for us to hang our clothes/laundries. I had to leave my worn jeans & jacket on my bedroom floor. Bedroom is japanese futon style & might not be suitable for old folks. The apartment only has 1 mirror in bathroom & 1 mirror in inner shower area. Every morning we (5 pax) had to queue for our turn to use the bathroom mirror !!! We wished there would be mirror in the bedrooms too. Do also note that should you want to boil water at the induction stove, it takes 13 to 15 minutes to get it fully boil. We set mobile alarm to remind us to switch off the stove. The location is located in quiet neighbourhood & 15 mins walk to Odari station (TV Tower). We have enjoyed our brief walk to & from station. The owner of this apartment had arranged free pick up from New Chitose Airport to this apartment. This is highly appreciated. Overall we had enjoyed our stay in this apartment ( except the hanger & mirror issues). It is indeed a lovely apartment. Regards ML LEONG Singapore
