什麼**！年初三晚上九點多在平台預訂成功後，人沒到店顯示我已入住，凌晨一點到店説是以為我入住了把我預訂的房間給美團預訂的客人了（美團價格貴50塊）。請問入住不是實名認證的嗎？？這個點其他地方也都滿房，協商等了一個小時，老闆娘説給她家裡她兒子的房間我們住（她家在賓館頂樓），開始説退我30塊錢我沒同意最後協商同意我在平台全額退款，沒想到第二天退房她又反悔了説退70塊錢（在她家頂樓一晚上睡不着屋頂是熱水器設備轟轟隆隆振動一晚上），最後找去哪兒客服協調，老闆娘居然跟客服説頭天晚上我們協商好退半天房費簡直是瞎**（當時在她兒子房間門口協商的沒有監控，我也沒有錄音），第二天她就開始扯皮了！去哪兒這麼大平台居然也同意去她家住還要收我房費！那意思是不是全部商家都可以接待顧客去住自己家裡了？

酒店屬私人經營酒店，簡約式，設備一般，服務員態度好。住時三月三，房價提升一倍多。夜晚有人嘔酒吵聲很大，一直到近十二點。
