Everything is good, the room could be newly renovated and the view is great. The only thing is that the wifi is very slow and parking costs $45 a night. If it weren't for these two things, it would be a great, great hotel.

From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff went above and beyond. Angeline adjusted our stay to accommodate our family, and upgraded our rooms in the process.
This hotel is family friendly, but also enjoyable for adults and couples. Our children had an amazing time at the property, and loved the pool and slides! The cleanliness, beautiful grounds and the views from the ocean and marina facing rooms are breathtaking.
Most importantly, as a queer family we appreciate how welcoming the hotel staff were and how safe we felt at the property. We will definitely be staying here again when we return!

This property is over priced for what you get. The bed was uncomfortable. The temperature in the room was too hot and adjusting the thermostat didnt help. Not enough coffee in the room for the number of guests. We waited 44 minutes to get checked in. I have an additional $93.88 charge to my card with no explanation or response from them when I inquired about it. We stayed in several places on our visit to southern California and this place was the most expensive and the worst.

My heater didn’t work the whole time my room was freezing and the hot water didn’t work. I definitely did not get to enjoy the room.

I recently visited red marline and was extremely disappointed with the service, particularly from the front hostess. Upon arrival, I was met with a rude attitude. She was preoccupied with her phone and completely disregarded my presence, making me feel unwelcome. Additionally, the wait time to be seated was excessively long, adding to the frustration of the visit. It’s unfortunate that the initial interaction set such a poor tone for the entire dining experience.

I’m not sure how this property is still 4 stars. It has seen better days. I would not recommend staying here. The room was mediocre. The bathroom was not good at all. The room was very dusty overall. Lots of street and airport noise. There are better hotels for the same price available.
