I had a very unpleasant experience when checking in this hotel. Let me discuss the matter first, the homestay itself is very good. I booked a two-bedroom room. I have a room with my daughter and my parents. In addition to the toilet, there is also a sink. More convenient and easy to use, like home. The store also brought enough slippers (although they did not prepare children's slippers.) But the toilet's sink faucet has a small amount of water, so it is not as convenient to use as another sink. In addition, the elderly felt that the viaduct was the road below, and the traffic was too noisy. But my daughter and I think it's okay. There are balconies and hangers for drying clothes, which are very windy and easy to dry. There are some small shops around, there are Lanzhou Ramen. Walk about 15 minutes to Quanzhou Station. The unpleasant experience was that I took two elderly people who were nearly 70 years old, and planned to check in at 4 o'clock on May 2 and take a break to have dinner. But the store told me that the room has not been cleaned yet, so please wait. I don't want to, because check-in at 2 o'clock is the standard time for international check-in, and then the store started to talk back to me... I think it was 4 o'clock and the room sanitation was not done well. It must be that your own room control has not been done well. Some of the rooms are oversold, or the cleaning aunt did not ask for enough. In short, it is the problem of the store. But the store made me understand each other as soon as it came up. It seems that I don't understand this matter because I am not tolerant enough. Attitude is actually the basis of all understanding. Therefore, I chose to complain to Ctrip. But the homestay itself is very comfortable. Near Quanzhou Station, I have been picking Ctrip for a long time, and they are the most cost-effective. There is also a refrigerator, the room is ventilated and convective, and the lighting and ventilation are great. By the way, there is one more question. The store actually packs 2 buildings in the Xihua Garden Community to make a homestay. 13 buildings and 14 buildings. Ctrip informed us that our address was on the 9th floor of Building 14. We contacted the store on the 9th floor and were told to go to the 13th floor of Building 13, and the room sanitation was not well done. Although the two buildings are next to each other, I think this is because the store’s detailed services have not been done well. You can call the customer in advance to explain, please contact the store before going upstairs, so that you don’t have to run around and waste time.
