I decided to go out for fun at the last minute. I looked at many hotels and fell in love with this family suite. The three of us stayed there very comfortably. The service was very enthusiastic and considerate. I even gave the children small gifts before leaving, which made me very happy. I read other reviews that the breakfast was not good. We booked breakfast for both days. The price was very cost-effective and it was enough to fill you up. Fried noodles, burritos and millet porridge were well received. It was very comfortable to eat in the morning. The transportation is very convenient. You can get to the beach in ten minutes by taxi. There are also many restaurants nearby.

My friend and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express during our trip to Qingdao. Initially, we had high expectations of the hotel especially since my friend had experienced what Holiday Inn was like in a previous city which was a very good experience. However, our expectations were no met😕 at this hotel. Overall, it was not a bad stay because the hotel was at a good location (there's a mall literally behind the hotel, lots of restaurants and 5 min walk from the subway station) and the staff at the front dest were nice. However, the food, on trip.com, it notes there's western breakfast but there was not! The breakfast was a basic Chinese breakfast so we were not satisfied with the breakfast at all. Additionally, the hotel needs to be diligent about cleaning the bathrooms. You need to actually scrub the bathroom and not just wipe it down! The shower and around the face basin had mold which was very disgusting and disturbing 🤢. Please do better! Otherwise, we had a good stay. The bed and pillows were so soft, we felt like we were sleeping on clouds 😍😁. We also loved that the lobby had free popcorn for the guests to take 😄.

The appearance of the hotel is not very good, and the appearance score will not be very high. But the internal facilities are very good, the breakfast is also great, the variety is rich and the taste is pleasant. It's a pity that the only coffee machine in the restaurant failed after I filled a cup of coffee. The waiter said that this was caused by customers who didn't know how to operate and pressed them randomly. This... There is a lot of room for improvement.

Upon checking in, there was an English speaking guy who took me to the counter and made sure I was helped out properly. Since the front desk person didn’t speak English, the first guy stayed by my side until my check in was complete; he was very helpful and the check-in was very quick. Most of the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. In terms of dining and entertainment, the hotel has a decent location. There are plenty of convenience shops around along with some smaller restaurants; Knuckles bar happens to be just a 2 minute walk from the hotel. The room was quite spacious with a panoramic view of the city on the 33rd floor. Once I returned to my room, this view made it a very serene night. It was so much easier to unwind. Unfortunately, there was construction going on across the street in the morning. That night was my birthday and stayed out late celebrating with friends; I planned to sleep in that morning but this was just impossible. The afore mentioned construction was EXTREMELY loud, which made it very hard to even want to stay in the room. I picked up my belongings and left the room as soon as I could. The noise generated by the construction is certainly not the hotel’s fault but I would definitely not stay there knowing there is such horrible noise affecting the property.

I hurriedly checked out and left without finding anything left. The front desk called and added WeChat and sent me a courier. I will still choose this hotel next time I go there! The location is very convenient for shopping, and there are many restaurants nearby! We went there by car, just around the corner from Binhai Avenue, it's easy to find! Because I came back late after going out to play, the hotel delayed the check-out time for free after calling and asking, which is very humane! When leaving, the front desk even asked for a small gift, like it!
