來青島出差住的這家酒店，前台小帥哥服務很熱情周到，還給免費升級的房型，房間衞生也很乾凈，隔音效果好，酒店周邊地鐵去五四廣場，萬象城，台東步行街，萬達商務區都很方便，性價比高，非常滿意的一次入住。

房間的面積和設施跟我十多年前在香港住的差不多，除了床，桌子，椅子已經放不下更多東西。房間設施壞了沒有及時維修，也沒有紙巾，前台説衹有廁紙，第二天早上整個洗手間漏水，沒有解決辦法，最後撐傘洗漱完去退房。同等價位的酒店在廣州都能住的挺好的了，不明白青島的住宿為何如此

以下為本人真實經歷，僅供參考☞
1.原本訂路口那家酒店，看到平台推薦好評300左右價位性價比第一名，口碑4.8分，就改訂這家
2.到店加30升級房型，升級版雙人間加早餐花費308
3.晚上回來就住一會，衞生間馬桶不進水，不能沖廁所，保安大哥鼓搗一下稍微有了點水
4.隨之而來地漏返水，味道不形容
5.早晨馬桶沒水沖廁所 衹能用噴頭注水
6.早晨地面積水還在，沖不下去
7.窗户關不嚴，左上角嚴重歪斜
8.空調打開就是機器呼嘯的聲音，噪音大，開一會冷風就斷電
9.空調裏全是綿密灰塵，牆面不乾淨，希望多擦擦。
至於裝修老舊，屋內面積低於頁面標註面積，各種洗漱用品簡陋，毛巾不乾淨的問題，咱們都可以忽略，畢竟旅遊城市。
有種來過一次山東青島，不會再來第二次的感覺。
退房時，前台大姐囑咐給個好評，我絞盡腦汁湊滿五星，純純奧數題😅

臨時找的酒店，離地鐵站和五四廣場都非常遠，旁邊就是工地中午施工根本沒法休息。空調開半天涼不下來，淋浴水一會大一會小，還忽冷忽熱。個別前台態度相當差。房間連個抽紙都沒有，廁所全是黴菌。體驗感非常差，六七百一晚這條件真是糟糕至極

避坑。有的大床房會在電梯旁邊狹窄逼仄的小房間，味道大且不乾淨，不拉窗簾旁邊房間會看到，而且非常吵鬧。謹慎選擇。個人覺得離五四廣場有點兒遠。
