平常一百一晚的酒店清明308一晚價格幾乎是翻三倍得到的是三角形的格子鋪不隔音老舊環境衞生一言難盡這都忍了但是兩晚都沒能洗到一個熱水澡！一個人洗一半就沒熱水了！三百塊一晚我連澡都洗不了？？是不是有點過分了你這價格提這麼高你設施怎麼不跟着提一提就光想着賺錢了協商退最後一晚退了269我180就在旁邊訂了個漢庭人家還包早餐（這就是青島正常酒店價格）第一次在外旅行中途臨時換酒店的實在是忍不了了太氣憤了！！被子還薄第一晚直接凍感冒身上還癢大家避雷旁邊多的是好酒店價格也便宜犯不着去遭罪#衞生很一般

房間非常好，距離棧橋，中山街幾步之遙！樓層高，看海景非常方便。房間乾淨，有小冰箱，空調非常熱，窗户大，採光非常好！

煙塵滾滾~~ 女孩子一個人不要住，蠻危險的我覺得，寫字樓改建，就是有點恐怖。門口在修，連招牌都沒有，所有客人都要打電話來問到底怎麼走。裏面也在修，走廊一堆廢品堆在那，前台23樓，你住在下面那些層，上一次23樓也不容易，因為電梯超級超級慢，房間就是全是灰塵，其他也沒什麼，唯一滿意是房間比較開闊，用的還是格力空調。還有熱水器要等半小時才有熱水，需要預熱那種。

房間很乾凈。地理位置優越。交通便利，離棧橋海水浴場景點都很近，坐地鐵方便。前台兩個姐姐熱情耐心。房間採光好，明亮，衞生很乾凈。有機會還會來的，非常推薦

房間很不錯 就是有點小冷 樓下週邊在施工有點不太方便 電梯有一點慢 其他都很不錯 距離周邊景點都挺近的 體驗感不錯 可以試試

地理位置不錯，下面就是中山路，離棧橋也近，出門玩也方便，環境也不錯，就是隔音不好，電視機的聲音太小。
