房間比較乾淨，唯一美中不足的是這個季節沒有冷氣有一點熱，中途有一些小問題老闆娘處理的很爽快也給我們免費升了房間 總體體驗很不錯 出行真的非常方便，出門就是海和棧橋

酒店位於青島德式風情別墅區，比鄰膠澳郵電局和侯爵飯店，基督教堂，天主教堂，膠澳總督府邸。樓下很多海鮮餐廳和青島精釀啤酒，地鐵站和公交站僅幾百米，房間温馨舒適，衞生條件好，價格也很親民，性價比很高。

第一次體驗就覺得非常滿意，確實是來放鬆的好地方，今後會常來的。 交通便利，靠近青島站，棧橋，小紅樓等等，附近景點非常密集。 唯一不足的是沒換床單被套。。不過問題不大
