房子裝修挺好，房間很大，竟然連鍋碗瓢盆油鹽醬醋都有，屬實驚訝到，位置是真的很好，坐在床上看教堂，樓下就是拍照牆，步行可以到附近好幾個景點，但是缺點也挺明顯，進門前的樓道着實是嚇人，應該收拾一下，窗簾不遮光，晚上外面的燈光，早上的陽光，都能透到裏面。

民宿位於青島老城中心地段 離大教堂咫尺之遙 周邊美食購物出行極其便利 民宿所在樓宇是一個有歷史年份的三層小樓 走道樓梯有點破舊 但三層樓的房間寬敞舒適明亮 裝修簡約時尚 床品也十分舒適 配套廚房可以自己下廚做點簡單的海鮮 大冰箱裏可以存放啤酒飲料 十分方便 唯一一個建議改進的是淋浴間 希望裝上一個擱架放置洗浴用品 現在放在地上感覺粗糙了些吧 大浴巾也沒有配套 多少有點不便 不管客人用不用吧 總之 入住體驗相當不錯 十分推薦

位置在教堂隔壁，交通便利，離海邊也很近。老房子，入户很簡陋，但房間內部裝修很好，房間也很大，進入卧室四道門，安全性可以。房東是個年輕人，很熱情，回覆很及時，也幫忙推薦了周邊好玩和美食。打算住在教堂附近的還是比較推薦的。

位置不太好找，樓梯進去樓道很狹窄很黑，直到三樓才有燈，在教堂旁邊人流量非常多包括夜晚尤其是最近啤酒節，外面唱歌聲就像在蹦迪，喜歡安靜的朋友不建議，WiFi質量很差連不上，當你一路拿着行李找到民宿發現房東給的密碼試了十幾遍都是錯的之後房東讓你等着而不是主動給你正確密碼真的崩潰，房間裏有幾把椅子比較臟，小櫃子裏的抽屜沒有打掃的很乾凈。出行和餐飲比較方便，周圍全是公交和地鐵線路，有廚房和冰箱可以做點飯，房間準備了雨傘這點很貼心，很多民宿都沒有，浴室乾濕分離是兩間，洗澡熱水非常大很舒適。總體來説，好壞參半。

房子位置很方便，就在天主教堂旁邊，離地鐵站近。房間內也很乾凈，設施完整。注意房子在3樓，沒有電梯，很多行李的住客可能會有點麻煩。

位置真的很方便，就在大教堂旁邊，離公交站也很近。但是樓梯真的挺老舊，是木頭老房子的感覺，還有一股陳年的味道，不過房東會提前告知。房間裏面就是現代裝修，衞生條件過得去吧。膽子小的不推薦，晚上回去真的蠻嚇人的。

房間位置十分出色 窗外就是天主教堂 民宿內很用心 有嶗山可樂還有礦泉水 我連着住了兩個房源 房東幫我們運送行李 還特地幫我準備了煙灰缸 裝修色調搭配十分講究 床品十分舒適 房間一應俱全 處處能感覺到房間的用心 體會到了青島老城區獨特的温暖 以後來青島都會選擇生活+民宿
