是在老洋房裡，房間大小很舒適，一個大床，一個沙發小床也很舒服，佈置温馨。房東回覆也很耐心。
民宿地理位置不錯，離幾條商業街都是步行的距離。

💡[民宿給我的小驚喜] 煮飯的設施非常齊全 客廳很通透 沒個空間都是獨立的門非常有私密型
📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説] 距離三號線和四號線都挺近 打車和點外賣都很方便 距離各個老城景點很近
空調相當的給力 床品和沙發也非常的舒服 就是雙人床房的紙質造型燈稍微有點矮🤭

位置很好！房間乾淨衞生，就是房間是一個上面開的天窗那種，早上起來會很亮，民宿位置距離老城區的各個景點啊步行就可以，晚上還在旁邊看了時代歌會，青島真美啊！

1.百葉窗有氛圍感，早上陽光照進很温馨。
2.Wi-Fi密碼有意思。
3.有潤膚乳液，南方來的孩子很感動。
4.抽屜裏莫名其妙有辣條。
📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]在各大景點附近，離海也近。打車去各個地方便宜。但因為在路邊，晚上睡覺偶爾會聽到馬路上狗叫聲。
🛏[房屋設施我一定要提]暖氣片+空調，冬天不冷。十分建議毛巾浴巾可以替換為一次性的那種。

真的很棒，非常乾淨乾淨的，跟圖片一樣，剛到這就有被驚訝到，地方不大很温馨，出門兩步路就是小紅樓什麼的景點很方便，離棧橋也近，被子衞生間都沒有異味，我們沒有遇到房東，反正他們有事兒就給解決，價格不貴而且好住，推薦學生或者情侶，贊贊贊！

整體比較整潔，空間不是特別大，但是很夠住，洗浴空間還不錯，卧室隔開有安全感

出行在外安全舒適就OK，驚喜也不會總是發生~
公交車比較多，步行可走到海邊和棧橋。教堂也很近。
設施齊全~
推薦去吃小青青餛飩，小巷見面，健康家飯，一兩個人來玩兒，好吃又不怕吃不完~

優點：
地理位置不錯，離教堂很近
缺點：
衞生間反味，住了四個晚上，每晚衹能聞着臭味睡覺，每隔一兩分鐘還會有下水道的聲音，衹能帶耳塞。
燈光很暗，有一個床頭燈接線不良也沒法用，主要靠另一個床頭燈。
不通風，衹有個小天窗，離開的時候睡衣上面都是屋裡的黴味和臭味。

想着續住，發現臨時漲價了一百左右，以為是週末或者旺季調整價格了，我一大早就定了，但兩三小時後看到後面所有日期的價格又降了一百左右，降回去了。因無法取消重訂，聯繫房東一直都沒有迴應，漲價跟玩兒似的。。。房間沒啥大問題，調價形式無法接受，不回覆説明也無法接受，
