She had difficulty with her legs and feet. Joy contacted her in advance and arranged a room near the elevator to facilitate her travel. After understanding the guests' needs in advance, they also thoughtfully arranged a birthday cake and blessing cards on my mother's birthday. Mother was very happy and satisfied.
