A hotel suitable for family, far away from city but good for relaxing. Hotel is a bit old but clean.

I need to complaint about this hotel. It could not provide hot water for shower and bath even though I had asked for it. . The shower head was broken. The Telephone was also out of order. The hotel brought us so much suffers and nightmare. I had to walk to the front desk from Block C to request few boilers to prepare hot water for my wife and I to relax at 11:00pm for two consecutive nights.
Here, I have requested this hotel total refund one night for compensation.

A nice big hotel, very clean, staff are friendly. There are 3 pools, my room is quite big and very comfortable.

The room and the bed are very old. The bed quality is extremely poor, hard and stinky. The breakfast taste is unacceptable. The only good thing is the location, swimming pool and the private beach.
