Best Hotels in Palm Beach

This is the friendliest and happy place on earth. The entire staff is accommodating as soon as you enter the resort. We love seeing Leabitt Reynoso at the palapa hut. His great personality along with others is the reason I will return to the Holiday Inn several times a year. We love this resort!

Courtyard by Marriott Aruba saved our trip! My boyfriend John and I just came home from 5 days (Aug 2022) in Aruba and we had an absolutely fantastic time! This wonderful hotel is a big reason why. We had reserved a different hotel weeks in advance of our trip and were looking forward to staying there. However, when we checked in we were less than satisfied (putting it mildly) and we quickly decided to try to find accommodations elsewhere. After trying a few places that were booked, we discovered the Courtyard by Marriott! We loved the beautiful and open outdoor check in area overlooking the huge, and lovely courtyard with bar and pool! We were feeling a little desperate at that point, and they were extremely helpful and were able to book us a room for a great price on the spot! The room was huge, and so beautiful with a great view of the pool. We were thrilled! We went back to the place we had initially reserved and politely requested our deposit back. We'd like to give a special shoutout to Tim, who helped us reserve our room, and Yolanda at the Allegra restaurant for her great energy and spirit. We will definitely be back! This was truly the perfect home base for what turned out to be a wonderful visit to One Happy Island, despite the somewhat rocky start. The Hilton has the best beach on Palm Beach by far! We’ve been coming to Aruba for 15 years but missed two years due to the pandemic. It was GREAT to be back. We were so pleased to see so many familiar faces from our past visits, it truly is like returning home. We eat lunch everyday at Gilligans, the view is amazing and all the servers are outstanding. Liliana, Maria, Norma and Rosemary are a few of the best and this year Carlos gave us great service on an unusual but exceptionally rainy day! The food is quite good, a bit pricey but considering the prices in the US have increased quite a bit during COVID these prices seem to have remained about the same. The burger is still the best on the beach, but this year we tried both the wings and the grouper tacos and wow, both are amazing!!! We could easily rotate these three offerings everyday. The palapa system seems to be the one area that has seen the most changes over the years. Very few are offered free at 4:00 the day before anymore so this year we bit the bullet and reserved one for everyday. It was worth it! As Hilton Diamond Members we were received a continental breakfast everyday and it was more than adequate. An upgrade is available for an $8.00 charge which is a great deal, but there are so many offerings with the CB plan that we were both quite satisfied with that. However, we did upgrade on the last day since we’d be heading to the airport. It was so great to be back to the white sandy beaches, crystal blue water and the Hilton that we are already looking forward to our return visit next year!!!

We stayed for 5 days at the hotel and our experience could not have been better! The hotel is extremelly clean from the room to the lounge and breakfast area, the girls are always making sure everything is spot on! The staff is all very friendly and made sure we had a fantastic stay at all times. The location is amazing, very close to the beach, main shops and also have beach service with chairs, towels and chickees. I would like to thank all the staff at Brickell for our amazing time in Aruba!

Hotel location and landscaping are outstanding. Close to all exterior and beach restaurants. Pools are nice and night swim feels good since the water is warm. The only negative point is thhe breakfast(so so basic for a 5 star hotel like Hyatt)
