We have stayed at the hotel before, this is the 2nd time we have stayed. We stayed for 10 days in total. Mixed reviews - When we arrived as we had separate bedrooms, we all needed to check in individually, my brother was right next to my mum and dad in tower 1 and I was put all the way in a separate tower. Common sense would’ve been to put us all together. My mum wasn’t too happy about this and went to reception with me, baring in mind the person she spoke to when she checked in said how unbelievably quiet they are. The lady me and my mum spoke to at reception, shoulder length black hair, small in height, was very ****y, didn’t want to help us whatsoever, said how they are extremely busy they are unable to do this, okay, very mixed considering we’ve just been told how quiet the hotel is, must not care about anyone else’s safety apart from her own. I hope this lady doesn’t keep her job, she doesn’t know the meaning of good customer service. Hotel is very loud, meant to be a budget hotel but need a loan for the food. Walls are paper thin, can hear everything of what’s going on next door. So yeah, if you want to stay in a loud hotel, lazy moody staff with expensive food, cleaners that barely clean your room, then go ahead.

The standard room can accommodate three adults. The price is very beautiful and the location is very good. A taxi to Universal Studios can cost up to six knives, and you can also take a bus, which is very many. It's also easy to go to Sea World. That is, the service charge of $ 2.50 for Ctrip was included in the order in the room overnight. I originally wanted to ask Ctrip, I was too lazy to ask, and told the front desk that our English was not good, and they had to charge it. Also, remember to bring a US credit card with the deposit, I listened to a lot of cash. The deposit was refunded without my being confused and unclear. In short, I think it's a good value, and around 300 is really good in Orlando.

Gayle was most helpful on our arrival at night! We had forgotten to schedule our first day. Gayle made our reservations in transit, called us by name when we arrived, had our key ready and even helped with the door...ALL with a super friendly demeanor. Thank You Gayle!! We decided to leave a day early due to rain. Once again, the Hilton staff came through with flying colors! Missy was able to cancel our last night with no penalties. Thank You Missy! The Hilton Garden Inn Orlando is located less than a mile from Universal Studios, and is the ONLY place my wife, son and I will be staying when we come to Universal Studios! What a WONDERFUL VACATION complete with pool, hot tub and tiki bar! You can stay anywhere based on a brand name like Hilton; the fact remains, it is the STAFF who TRULY make the difference between a pleasant stay and a frustrating one. Management at the Hilton Garden Inn Orlando CLEARLY know what they are doing!! Thank You!!

Come and rush to forget to take pictures and see the text. The overall environment of the hotel is good, consistent with the picture, the living is very comfortable, more suitable for self-driving, the hotel is relatively small, but the room is large and clean. Opposite the hotel is a lake with a nice view. The hotel has a gym and an outdoor swimming pool, which is experienced, small and clean, and there are children to play there. The hotel has its own breakfast, and it seems that a few hotels are still very rich, you can make waffle. The hotel has its own washing machine dryer, which can be used for direct payment with a credit card, as well as washing powder. Free orange water and lollipops are available at the front desk. There is a mall near the hotel, the distance is very close, and it takes about 12 minutes to walk. The 711 walk takes about 15-20 minutes. This road is very desolate. It is not recommended to walk at night. We didn't drive, we went to the amusement park to be lyft, about 25 knives to Disney, and about 10 knives to the universal resort. One of the places to eat nearby is the restaurant and food court in the mall, or take a taxi to eat around. We stayed in a Chinese restaurant called u&me for three days, really delicious, about 8 knives, recommended Everyone goes, there is milk tea next to it. Overall, the price is good and the hotel is very new.
