Close to Adventhealth Hospital. The room is clean, the front desk service is good, the breakfast is rich, it is in a wealthy area, the surrounding security is good, and it is safe

Room was clean (and smelled clean), bed was comfy, breakfast was good and varied. They let me check out late when asked. Common areas could use upgrade/better cleaning, but overall it's the best choice for the money in downtown Orlando.

Hotel was clean, quiet, and in a safe & convenient location for my needs. Staff was friendly & knowledgeable. It was just slightly pricier than I wanted, but it worked for my trip and it was worth it.

The assistant GM was such a pleasant woman to meet upon our arrival. Her dedication to service is so appreciated! She was the best thing about our stay. She showcased her ability to show empathy and make sure we felt safe in her hotel, as we had a rocky taxi situation when we arrived. Definitely recommend if good service is important to you during your stay!

The room smell like humidity and the front desk person was talking on his earphones while doing my check-in

Upon checkin they offered lemon water. My mother and daughter drank yhe water and was sick immediately after. They stay sick for out entire weekend in Orlando. Our room wasnt cleaned adequately. However, Cameron, Grace, Bibiana, and Marjory gave 10/10 service, and was extremely dweet and helpful. We would stay again just for them.

The check-in person the night we arrived was nice. All the other staff went out of their way to not make eye contact (and one even cut me off in breakfast area twice in a rush to get their food). The bedroom in our room was nice, but bathroom had black mold blatantly growing on the wall. Not a little bit of mold, but the whole upper half of one wall had mold spots all over it. And the fire map on the back of our door was from before the hotel was expanded. Yes, the nearest fire stairs are still on the map, but really? You make the building 2x as long, but don't update the fire maps?

Several instances of rude employees. One man would hang out at a side entrance and smoke and refused to move to let customers come or go. Card access to room turned off one hour before checkout time. They don't seem to understand that the customer should come first.
