In general terms the hotel was great. In regards to breakfast, It will be great to have variety during the days, after 3 days you realize there is the same menu day by day.

Loved this hotel. Lots of parking. Pool was nice. They are very friendly they provide beach towels and beach chairs. It was a nice area not in the center but still near everything you need. It’s only 5 minutes from the airport. We loved it and would return here.

Standard hotel stay. Some issues with the air conditioning & channels not working on TV at times. Staff were pretty attentive. It’s located literally down the street from the hotel but seems sort of desolate in terms of the more high activity areas. Limited options in food spots. We had to walk about 20 min up the street for restaurants.

If you are looking for a convenient place to stay withinnwalking distance to shopping, great staff and basic clean rooms thats your spot, close to the airport and taxis are always available. Its across from a local hot spot so it gets a little loud on the weekend. Could do with a coffee maker in the room and actual wash cloth

The hotel is great for a budget traveler. The staff, restaurant, pool and room were all great!
I would definitely recommend someone to stay. The beach is across the street and a couple of good restaurant options as well.

The property and staff were fine. The website at reserving however kept changing the date for our reservation. When I thought I had finally gotten my dates to stay and pressed Reserve, it snapped back to it's default date a month before my arrival. I instantly contacted the hotel but the off-site manager refused to adjust it it as it was not "refundable". Additional attempts to have my $160 returned or credited to my real reservation failed . . .even when allowing them to rerent the room on the erroneous date for which I was being charged. The on-site staff were very kind, but the refusal of the mgmt to recognize this as their systems error, for which I was forced to pay, left a very bad taste in my mouth, a big hole in my pocket and a commitment to never stay at or trust TOTT again. Poor business decision. Buyer beware here.

This is a nice property with great location close to a beautiful beach

Good restaurant/bar at the the hotel and on the beach. Staff was friendly
Room is outdated, there was a terrible smell from the drain in the bathroom. Pool was not clean and both jacuzzis were cold and didnt work,With extra efforts required to maintain and upgrade this place it could be a great hotel to stay

It was nice. AC makes noise and was leaking. Good location although you can hear planes taking off earlier in the evening since it is right next to airport. Grounds are well kept and we felt safe. Didn’t love room keys having to be reset more than once and then they charged $40 for checking out late. It was a little less than an hour which most hotels grant a grace period for.
