Ningbo Marriott Hotel

I came to Ningbo at the invitation of a friend and chose the Marriott Hotel located in Sanjiangkou. I have to say that the location is really unique. There are Heyi Avenue Shopping Center and Tianyi Square for shopping. There is 1844 Square next to entertainment. It is 2 kilometers away from the hotel to visit attractions. Tianyi Pavilion, Yuehu Park, and Drum Tower are really convenient. Let's talk about the hotel's services. The weather was very good on the day I went there. The concierge Xiao Ding at the door of the car was very enthusiastic to help me take down my luggage and took me to the lobby to guide me to check in. When checking in, the receptionist Lily saw that I was very hot and had small beads of sweat on my forehead, so she gave me tissues and mineral water. The front desk checked in quickly. Seeing that I was afraid of heat, she specially notified the room to send a cold air machine. When I was waiting for the elevator on the first floor, Lily introduced me to the coffee shop breakfast place and breakfast time. When I arrived in the room, she introduced the room facilities, the use of hotel wifi, and if there were any problems, I could call the room landline to have a hotline center to introduce its services in great detail. Now there are very few concierges who can patiently help guests introduce so much. When I came out the next day, I met Xiao Ding at the door again. He recommended a more distinctive restaurant in Ningbo for me when I went to a dinner party with friends. The sky was a bit cloudy at that time, so he brought me an umbrella in case of emergency. I have to say that the service was warm and proactive, and they were sincere and paid attention to details for the guests. In an environment where the five-star hotel market is flooded with people, I hope that domestic hotels can learn from Marriott to stick to the bottom line and improve the quality of service.

I stayed at Ningbo Marriott Hotel on the weekend. It was a very pleasant experience. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic, professional and considerate. I booked a deluxe river view room. The room was clean and tidy with a wide view... The hotel is surrounded by Heyi Shopping Center. Shopping and dining are very convenient. If you like coffee, there are Mstand and Starbucks. If you like light meals, there are new elements. If you like traditional old brands, there is Ningbo Zhuangyuanlou. At night, you can take a walk on Heyi Avenue and feel the breeze of Yongjiang River. It is very pleasant.
