酒店大廳很大，有專門的休息區，會議區，水吧，健身房洗衣房，房間床鋪整潔，設施齊全設有智能電視，服務員服務很好很有禮貌，2樓早餐豐富空間寬敞，點外賣有專門的機器人送，退房打車容易，值得推介！！

前台：高級大氣的酒店，大堂進去很氣派，前台服務態度很好，進去問健康碼量體温，防疫這塊可以放心了，衞生：房間挺乾淨的，衞生做的不錯，空間很大，臨時住一下床很舒服
其他：離東錢湖很近不過沒去玩過，旁邊吃飯的地方很多，出門就可以吃飯

酒店中規中矩，比較乾淨，距離錢東湖比較近，錢東湖不要門票的，周邊的環境不錯，寧波是一個很美的城市，停車方便，可以洗衣服

一言難盡啊，房間裏的設備非常老和臟，根本不是圖片上那個樣子，房間有股異味迫於無奈去對面買了瓶空氣清新劑，乘電梯經過二樓時被困在電梯裏將近1分鐘，按警鈴無人應答，隨機獲得有色小卡片一張，可能是我運氣不好都讓我給碰上了。有一説一，工作人員服務還是很到位的，熱情、周到。
