房間設施老舊，牆都發黴了，一進房間一股味，打開窗户也沒有用，而且臨街打開窗户非常吵。衞生間淋浴也壞了，牆壁也發黴長毛了。床品也有味道，就枕頭可能洗了沒味。整個屋裡最新的可能就是那個南極人水壺了，但是去的時候水壺裡麪還有剩的水。雖然對比其他酒店價格便宜，但是真的不值這個價，還不如多花幾十塊錢住個環境好點的酒店。

説這個價格是特價房，房間小。沒加錢，畢竟一個人住一夜一早就走。房間設施沒電視機，有網絡。被單毛巾有部分污垢，浴巾還好。房間外是房東燒飯的地方，有油煙味串進來，做飯的時候。總體一般。
