前台態度很差 衹針對那天值班的前台 與其他前台無關 就是一個年紀蠻大的女人 我好聲好氣問她有沒有口罩 她説：“都什麼時候了哪來的口罩。”我是顧客還是你是顧客 況且我沒惹你吧 好聲好氣問你有沒有口罩 你就這態度 你自個不愛衞生不需要口罩 不代表別人也不需要戴口罩 態度極差 另外 酒店洗髮露沐浴露都過期了 2020生產的 保質期兩年 現在都2023年了 老早過期了 我用完之後頭髮掉了很多
反正最主要的是前台態度很差很差 是我遇到過前台裏最差的 希望酒店作出懲罰措施 要不然以後碰見這個前台的所有顧客都得倒黴了 就像出門踩到狗屎一樣 倒了一天的黴 一天的好心情都被她毀了

7樓太吵了，23點以後還有人吵，甚至有狗叫聲，一晚上沒睡着，隔壁的男的話真是多，23點半結束，早上5點又開始bb，一個男的b話可真多。另外，半夜的隔壁女的開始叫春，賊響，持續20分鐘至少，結束後，重重開門聲，一點素質沒有的。對聲音敏感的，禁睡7樓。
