Room was beautiful and very spacious. Bathrooms are clean. Unfortunately the pool was under renovation so we didn't get to experience it. Gym is small but gets the job done. Breakfast is very very delicious, and there is a cute bookstore and souvenir shop inside the hotel. Location was convenient for what we needed. Guest services was a bit spottier: we called down a few times for laundry with no response, and we had two problems with our laundry bill. Overall, not quite as professional as the other staff we encountered. We would stay again!

They have excellent service and our room housekeeper Mr Prakash was very honest and helpful looking for my misplaced phone. We enjoyed a lot the outdoor bar &cafe and the pool. The hotel location is really good, surrounded by five-star luxury hotels, because it is not far from the famous Plaza Conte, India gate, history museum, presidential palace, a few hundred meters away is the subway line, and also to the Jama Masjid Just 4 stops. Hygiene can not be said, clean, bright yellow and white are the salient features of this hotel, clean, good service without any odor. The breakfast was rich and the restaurant ate 2 dinners. We needed a place to rest and repack before our flight. Being from the United States, we were not sure we would find a place. Mr. Vinod Kumar was excellent in accommodating us at the last minute. We had lunch there also. The room was clean and very well appointed for the price! The food was excellent and clean. The espressos were also the best I've had in India and better than the Leela in Delhi! Actually better than any Starbucks as well! When we return to Delhi, we will be back to stay a while!
