Breakfast is generally but a large amount, relatively simple, medium and medium rules. The room is huge, the bathroom is huge, there are slippers, but there is no toothpaste toothbrush, no water, the hotel door has a small supermarket in a few tens of meters, it is convenient, there are food, there are fruits. The hotel is not far from the north of the lagoon, the hotel beach is good.

The hotel is very good, I set the annex, it is opposite, noisy along the street, but the rooms are relatively clean. In addition, you can enjoy all the equipment in the main building. The swimming pool is nice and the hotel has a private beach which looks great. The service staff were very good. Breakfast is very generous, single room set, but with children, only 850 rubles (33 yuan) for half-price breakfast. The next day I stayed at the Jetwing lake hotel under Lion Rock, great!

This was my third stay at the Goldi Sands, honestly, the last time was nearly 20 years ago but I had such a great time back then I had high expectations. In the intervening 20 years, the hotel has had a revamp, double the size, double the number of swimming pools, added an elevator and they've removed the beach-fronted bungalows. All of which I think was a smart move and well worth doing. What has changed is the service and the catering. The staff are of course all very polite just that they didn't go the extra mile like they used to. We arrived late as our flight had been delayed, all I wanted was a couple of bottles of beer, they did arrive but I almost had to beg. I booked a taxi to the airport with the front desk, but they forgot, the waitresses at dinner were all about the hard upsell rather than serving. The breakfast as far as my memory serves me used to be awesome, today's breakfast is the same every day and lacks imagination, is poorly presented, and includes the worst coffee ever. The hotel has a confusing number of tariffs from all-inclusive to room only which means if you want to buy a drink it takes forever as they have to check your ”status” and then if you pay cash they have to go to the cashier as they carry no float. The rooms are a good size, clean and comfortable but basic. All in all it is still a good hotel to choose but sadly it is no longer in the memorable category.

The booked big bed room has become a standard room. It doesn't matter because it is a transfer night! The facilities in the room are basically complete, but there is no toothbrush. It is good to bring it. After getting up in the morning, I found that the passengers are basically European and American passengers. Two swimming pools, one is attached to the lagoon, the scenery is good! Breakfast was good, because I only stayed in Sri Lanka for one night, so there is no comparison with other hotels! The view is really good!

The hotel seats are relatively partial, but the privacy is strong. I stayed on the second floor with my friends and shared a swimming pool. My friends took a few photos with drones. The staff were warm and thoughtful. The breakfast and dinner were in the villa. The chefs are good at cooking. , Also sent us local wine and yogurt, the payment is settled in US dollars. In the evening listening to music and birdsong, watching the stars, occasionally fireflies fly by, children playing in the swimming pool, the years are quiet, but the next day the plane returns to Shanghai.
