Great value for money. Staff are all very helpful and free shuttle is very reliable. Breakfast buffet selections fit for every taste bud.

Staff were very helpful with absolutely any and every question I had (and I had many). The buffet dinner was great and I got a packed breakfast the next morning since I left too early for the breakfast buffet (my own booking mistake)
The location and shuttle bus from and to Narita airport are fantastic if you want a hassle free in and out with a comfortable stay after a long travel.

The staffs are very helpful and great that they are from all internationality, therefore, language does not seemed to be a barrier. The amenities in the room is lack of: cotton buds, the rest are well provided(thank you). The size of room and bed is big and comfortable. Gym was great with many equipment, but I still do not understand why do we need to pay for using your swimming pool. Breakfast has varieties of food, but I stayed here for 6 nights, the food are the same everyday(bored). The info.on shuttle bus is unclear- E.g pick up from which part of Aeon Mall. And suggest to update your media for such info.under the right category.

This is my first time there.
Rooms are a little musky, they can do better in terms of ventilation.
Only the gym is free. There is additional charge of Y1600 to use the pool and sauna.

Great hotel! Airport transfer was very easy to find and staff was very courteous. I arrived at 10 pm to the hotel. The breakfast was really good love the Japanese food selection. Used the gym as well. I used the shuttle service to come back to the airport, they were really punctual. Was able to check out one hour later after joining the Hilton rewards
I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

They were very helpful and kind, helping me with my luggage. They also have covers for your luggage. The cleaner arranged the room to my own style and even put my personal items on a towel. Good tea 💙 they have a bus to the main locations for free every hour.
