The breakfast environment is spacious and clean. Two other small suggestions: 1. The room is very dry and a bit uncomfortable with the air conditioner on. 2. Sound insulation needs to be improved. Next time I go to Nantong, I will choose your hotel as my first choice, and will also recommend friends and clients to come here! PS: There is a charging pile behind the hotel, and it is very convenient for the tram to come here.

I called the front desk and argued with them. Finally, the lobby manager came out to apologize and decided to give me 2 coupons for the evening buffet. I kept thinking of Qidong eating seafood and didn't accept it. But finally returned the money for the afternoon tea to me! The attitude is still very good! The room will be ready in a few minutes!
