Haven't been impressed with a hotel this cheap in years. Where do I start? Lots of shops and restaurants around. Newly built metro line with a station (Nantong University) within walking distance and as of the writing of this post free to use. Lobby was large and impressive. The in-room balcony was also beautiful, too bad it was too cold to really use it. The big windows gave nice views of Nantong University and I can only assume saves the company loads on energy consumption. The bed was softer than most Chinese mattresses so I slept great. The smart TV allowed me to cast videos from my phone. Robotic deliveries should be the law and this property had one. Some of the deliveries were slow, they could use at least one more robot butler. Although I didn't interact with the staff much they were great and actually seemed like they enjoyed working there. The mirror is really cool but trying to sleep with that bright was impossible so I covered it up with some little stacked boxes. I couldn't figure out how to turn if off, other than removing the keycard. Wish this place allowed pets: the balcony, flooring, and cheap furniture would make this an ideal facility to stay with a furry bud. This place is ranked #1 for Nantong on the app and I can see why: Whether you're a budget or luxury traveller, make a reservation here! Hope this is a chain and if I see one in my next destination that's where I'm staying

Nantong Jinshi International Hotel Apartment

Langshan Scenic Area/Central South CBD Nantong|1.33km from Nantong University
Convenient transportation, walking distance from the nearby business district, strong service awareness, slightly late on the day of check-in, handwritten card snacks and fruits, a special person guides upstairs. The next day, the cleaning was timely, and the fruit was also delivered at night, making you feel at home. The rooms are in good condition, luxuriously decorated, fully equipped and beautifully landscaped. Episode 1: When I checked in, I was guided to drink coffee or tea in the executive lounge for free. The next day I asked the lounge attendant and got a positive answer. I went in and asked for two cups of coffee. When I came out, I told me that there was a free drink for more than 500 rooms, so I had to charge me 77 per person. I expressed my disapproval and changed it to 38 per person (I don't know the pricing basis). Since my friend was present and didn't want to embarrass the cashier girl, I paid, and there was always a feeling of strong buying and selling. When I checked out, the front desk learned about the matter and refunded the fee to me first. In fact, the self-service afternoon tea for 77 guests per person is cost-effective. It may be that the coordination between different departments is not perfect, resulting in poor information. It is a bit difficult to accept forced consumption without psychological expectations. Fortunately, the hotel's attitude is positive and sincere, and I believe it is not intentional. Episode 2: Parking is free for guests. Since my car is a temporary license plate, the hotel told me to call the front desk to help me lift the pole. The next day I went out of the parking lot, I asked my friend to go to the security guard and talk about it. The security asked me to scan the code to pay, even if I am not a resident, I can only go out with a normal person's thinking. It must be impossible to scan to find him... My friend went to the front desk again. I blocked the door for a long time and had a dilemma. The horns behind were almost squeaking the symphony. The security didn't expect to see what was going on. Overall, the experience is still OK, cost-effective, some details are better to pay attention to, and will choose to stay in the future.

The first impression of the hotel is very good, very warm feeling, immediately to the front desk, a little girl named Snow gave a cup of tea, a light lemon taste, very intimate, the hotel design is a moderate business type, more suitable for business travelers, breakfast choice is quite a lot, The day I saw the waiter pouring the big brand of pure milk, I felt very worth it. I decisively drank 2 large glasses, haha.

Stayed for two days, the first day arrived at 12:30 in the morning. When I arrived, I saw that the front desk was sleeping. I called twice to wake up and opened the room reluctantly, with my room card and my ID card. Dump it directly on the desktop. The next day I called at 12:30 noon to urge you to move out. I was confused and asked if you didn’t notify you in advance, but the front desk mocked and said if someone ordered a week in advance to notify you, is it useful? Hurry back to move things and leave. When the ticket was issued, I had not even issued a special ticket. After fiddle for nearly 15 minutes, I was smart and patient in waiting. Finally, let me summarize my experience. This is the worst accommodation I have ever experienced since working. The facilities and environment are all right. The front desk feels like we are begging to stay in your hotel. It is the most basic service industry. There is no respect or quality, so bad review! In addition, this is also the first bad review I have given in the past few years.

The location of the hotel is a little bit off, the newly opened hotel environment is very good, the waiters are more enthusiastic, the hotel is very cost-effective, the best feature is that you can allow small pets to stay, at that time, I booked this one, Of course, as a pet parent, you must also be civilized to raise dogs. We brought our own disposable towels, shower gel, dining bowls, bathing in the house, changing pajamas, and taking diapers. It can be said that the dog's supplies are more than we brought ourselves, but we don't want to cause trouble to the hotel. I hope that all cities can become more and more inclusive of pets, so that pet-loving friends can travel farther with their own babies. We like to travel with pets and have stayed in many hotels. The more pet-friendly hotels can feel their love! The price of the hotel booked by Ctrip changed on the same day and the customer service also made up the difference. Ctrip is still very reputable and reliable. Trip.com is the first choice for travel! Note: The last photo was a ”VIP” bath photo taken when checking in at another hotel.
