衞生：房間乾淨，床上地板桌子都挺乾淨的，走廊香薰好聞
設施：應該是蠻老的酒店了，房間的設計，設施都挺舊的，床頭都沒有充電插座，桌子牆上也沒有插座。包括燈光的開關設計都挺無語的
環境：周圍吃東西，出行，購物都很方便。
服務：客房阿姨挺好，見到客人都會打招呼，前台業務水平極低，服務態度不太好。退房不會主動詢問是否需要開發票，入住有早餐券。也不會主動告訴你餐廳在什麼位置。酒店外賣不讓送，需要自己到後門領取。
客房附加用品:網上看的的附加用品房間內一樣也沒有，就連普通的煙灰缸也沒有。他們迴應需要的話需要聯繫前台送，但是入住他們不會和你説明。

垃圾的要死，前台好像欠他錢一樣，房間小的要死，而且那個花灑出水慢的要死，而且水開到温度最高了還是感覺像冷水一樣，酒店很老，還説什麼四星級的，也不知道怎麼評選的

1、酒店939房，隔音比較差，星光大道聲音窗户關着也會傳進來。
2、由於做核酸耽誤時間要超過2點才能退房，打電話酒店，説可以，但是要加大堂副理微信，點評5星加截屏微信過去給他們。
3、開發票必須要關注酒店公眾號才能傳送開票訊息，很**也很典型的手段。
4、退房時前台沒提房卡我也忘了，酒店要麼賠償30塊一張卡要麼等收到房卡再處理退款。這件事首先酒店也有責任，其次一張房卡30塊我覺得就是搶劫，還是服務性行業，請看看聊天截屏。
5、酒店衞生狀況一般，擦手巾、浴巾都是破的…
