The location is very near just 2 mins away from railway station but worse was room size and amenities. Being a 5 star hotel you ought to believe the staff would know how to converse in english but very limited knowledge of enligh. Secondly the rooms were small and air conditioning was not working. For 2 days straight i had to call the technician to fix the issue. Since it was raining so temperature was little ok otherwise in warm condition i woukd have suffered. Overall they have much scope for improvement.

We stayed in a double bed room on the 8th floor. The bathroom was separated from wet and dry, and the waiters were very enthusiastic. Personally, I think it’s okay to include breakfast for two at this price. Everything is cost-effective. This price cannot be compared with a five-star hotel. We didn't spend that much, but it is definitely worthy of the price.
