這家酒店真是讓我失望到了極點，真是丟了維也納酒店的臉，這麼差的酒店也掛着維也納酒店的牌子，不知道維也納酒店的門檻會有這麼低，就不怕砸了維也納酒店的牌子嗎？
①這家酒店標稱是“維也納酒店”，事實上衹是一家名叫“悦雙賓館”的小賓館而已。
②這家賓館標稱“南京南站店”，事實上離南京南站還有4公里，打的都還要十幾元錢，而離賓館最近的地鐵站也不是南京南站，而是明發廣場站，就是走到這個地鐵站也還有1.5公里，真是掛狗頭賣羊肉，這樣忽悠消費者，也真是厲害！
③這家賓館房間狹小，設施老舊，一打開門地毯的一股黴臭味撲鼻而來，門鎖是壞的，衣櫃是壞的，電視是壞的…真是無語到了極點，這也是維也納酒店284的商務大床房的標準嗎？

我們是第二次入住這家維也納酒店了。第一次是去年，聽同學説，維也納酒店是同檔次酒店中性價比最高的。所以去年出遊幾乎都是維也納酒店。去年來這家酒店，住了三天，就體驗到了各種優質服務。但是當時還沒覺得有什麼，然而到了其它維也納酒店住過以後，劉感覺到，這家維也納酒店在各方面都不錯的。所以，今年再來南京，還是選了這家維也納酒店。首先，酒店的服務及時到位，不厭其煩，第二是，衞生乾淨，房間無異味，第三，房間設施齊全，充電方便，第四，環境安靜，無噪音幹擾，第五，早餐品種齊全，味道可口，每天不重樣，第六，交通方便，附近有多條公交線的車站，第七，周邊有多家超市，方便日常購物，第八，價格親民，不踩坑，第九就是離南站很近，去火車站方便，等等。以上優點順序不分先後，都挺突出的。以後，來南京還會選這家維也納酒店。請各位看官放心，本人快七十歲的人了，從來不給任何商家當託，以上真是本人的真實體驗，因為已經離開南京了，沒法拍照片了，就不發照片了啊！

定了兩天的標準大床房，第一天住的房間在右手牀頭櫃的地毯有一股惡臭味像是特別臭的腳丫子味道從地毯裏散發出來，第二天自己花了30升了個商務大床房，進去滿屋子煙味，自己開窗户開了半天才散乾淨
